“As part of our home remodel, I knew help was going to be needed to update or re-do the décor of our dining room, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Heidi came to our home for the initial assessment and did an amazing job of quickly identifying our tastes. She was able to use the larger pieces of living room and dining furniture we wanted to keep (although we did add a beautiful entertainment center) and used accent furniture, draperies and décor to create a warm and beautiful home that is truly a reflection of both my husband and me. The bedroom is a complete re-do and is finally the sanctuary I've dreamed of having. Heidi ran with the color scheme I had initially mentioned and turned it into something so much more elegant than I could ever have done on my own. The outcome has certainly exceeded my expectations, but shouldn't be surprising given Heidi's talents. The entire team was exceptional and pleasant to work with - Sharon, the drapery lady, does stunning work and the installers were all professional and courteous. I’ve been a devotee to traditional style homes and interiors all my life, so I knew combining the home’s contemporary style and my traditional style would be challenging for me. That’s where Karrie came in. She came to our home and took time to listen to our desire to create an inviting family room environment with plenty of comfortable seating. We discussed which existing furnishings to keep and potential new pieces that would bring the styles together. We also discussed our budget for the project to ensure we were on the same page. “We hired Introspecs to help us design a residential kitchen that we were remodeling in an old 1928 Portland bungalow. Our experience with Allisen and Introspecs was fantastic. Allisen was able to listen to our needs and design style, make thoughtful suggestions on how to maximize the efficiency of the space and workflow, propose designs that were true to the period of our house (something that was important to us), and create a set of final drawings that allowed us to bid the project out to three general contractors in a fair and organized manner. Once the kitchen remodel was underway, Allisen really had our back to ensure the final result was true to her/our design. Allisen spec'd some really cool Hafele cabinet organization fixtures that our contractor had never heard of and wanted to switch to something they had worked with in the past. Allisen went to bat for us and helped the contractor source the correct fixtures, and now that we have them its hard to imagine the kitchen functioning nearly as well without them. Every storage detail was really thought through by Introspecs - some workflow things we never even knew we needed, but now we can't live without them. Allisen has a pleasant personality, really listened to our needs, and added a ton of value to our project! Thanks!”
