“Terra Firma offers the finest furnishing and decor choices in Southern Oregon. Krissy and the crew will bend over backwards to accomodate your wishes and incorporate your visions. They are busy and your project may slip to the background if you are not in frequent communication. The only drawback is the quality of their design is reflected in the pricing. “I have worked with Julie O'Dwyer on several projects now. One in particular that stands out is a kitchen remodel we performed for a client in Ashland. The client needed an energetic change to her space that reflected a life change she had experienced. Julie's creative design brought color with a palette of materials that ushered in new life to the kitchen that modernized it and still left it with a timeless feel. We used glasscrete counter tops, beech wood cabinets below finished with monocoat (zero voc's), and painted uppers with etched glass. I thought it was a bold move to split the uppers and the lowers with a different finish and in the end it worked out fantastic. I earned a tremendous amount of respect for Julie on this job. She provided a plan that had vision and yet was open for participation from homeowner and builder alike. She was able to accurately state what details were integral to the design and which could be articulated with other ideas and materials. Sincerely, Steve Sirianni”

“Pam came into our home after I had seen what she had done for two of my colleagues. She guided us in painting the inside, arranging furniture and pictures as we wanted to be frugal in our updates, and I wanted to gain an understanding of her abilities and knowledge. Pam was exceptional in using her knowledge and experience in updating our home. We trusted her then to help us with a kitchen remodel on our 60’s style home. She was always punctual on her appointments, and following up emails and phone calls. She was open to what we had to say, and in fact, when she first introduced herself, she said her most important job was to listen to the client. My husband and I were impressed and appreciative of her guidance, input and patience as we changed our minds and asked for other options on choices. She stayed within the budget and the timeline. The team (electrician, plumber, cabinet maker, etc) were quality individuals that she had worked with before. They made the remodel easier as they were professional, helpful, and as I asked them their opinions of the remodel job, they were professional and informative. Where Pam made a difference in our project was saving us time in knowing the products that we could choose from, and integrating the remodel into the rest of the house. Family and friends are always remarking what a difference the remodel made to the house, and that it fits the house perfectly. I would not hesitate to call Pam for her opinion and assistance, and have recommended her to many friends. We have full trust in her abilities to assist us in improving our home!”
