Interior Designers & House Decorators Near Camp Meeker

“From our first phone call with Annie Lowengart in September 2025, we knew we were in good hands. Annie was kind, direct, and warm from the start, and we didn't feel the need to interview another designer. Renee and Annie V. led our project, and Annie L. stayed involved in every decision and meeting, which we really appreciated. We wanted our home in Inverness to feel cozy and welcoming for family and friends. We didn't want the furnishings to compete with the beautiful, peaceful views of Tomales Bay and the forest. Renee and Annie listened and delivered on all counts: We wanted the house finished before our Fourth of July family gathering — done. We wanted it to reflect where we are in life: empty nesters, with room someday for grandchildren to visit this special place — done. We wanted it to stay humble and let the natural beauty of Inverness shine — done. We wanted no drama, and we wanted to feel part of the process — done. Our Inverness home is now a place where we can be restored on our own and also welcome a crowd to entertain. We absolutely love it, and it feels just like us. We highly recommend Renee, Annie, and the entire Ann Lowengart team to anyone considering an interior design project. Trust that you'll be in good hands!”

“We hired Kirsten Pike Design to complete a remodel, as well as curate furnishings and decor, for a second home in beautiful Larkspur, Marin County. We became aware of Kirsten Pike Design through an editorial we read and viewed in Marin Magazine a couple of years ago about Kirsten's firm. We kept the article and were delighted to have the good fortune to hire this remarkable team for the remodel of our home. We wanted a somewhat Scandinavian feel, and Kirsten is originally from Copenhagen. We wanted the feel to be light, airy, modern, and yet cozy with a good dash of Danish"hygge". Kirsten had the entire house demoed. We now have a brand-new kitchen, completely new bathrooms and powder room, new hardwood flooring, new doors, a brand-new fireplace, and Kirsten designed and had fabricated a beyond fantastic, new staircase. She tore down a non-bearing wall to expand the kitchen to bring in more light and expansion, and designed a unique, artistic long bench that separates the living room from the dining room. So much light now streams into the dining room. Kirsten brought in every single person who worked on the project, from the contractor to the wallpaper people to the fine cabinetry and custom kitchen cabinet maker. All new furnishings throughout are mostly from Europe, and some pieces, of course, from Denmark. The only touches we wanted from the past were paintings from our collection, amongst them a couple of Chagalls, which look fantastic here. Kirsten reframed all the art to make it all work with the new look and feel of the interiors. We love all the personal touches throughout and adore Kirsten's very hands-on approach throughout the process. The result is everything and more than we wanted. Our brand-new home inspires us and makes us have this inner feeling of sweetness and joy. We highly recommend Kirsten and her wonderful, efficient team!!”

“We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Dawn and Carol from MAS Interior Design. They gave us several options for every component of our kitchen remodel to create the kitchen of our dreams - an ode to a mixture of classic and modern with an artistic touch. Carol and Dawn were fantastic at guiding us through the remodel process. They were reliable and responsive, patient and extremely perceptive in understanding and creating our vision of our new kitchen. I would highly recommend them for any remodel. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.”
