Was in need of a new closet design/build and the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot didn’t offer nearly anything close to what Turn Key provided me. Both Courtney and Andrew were great from start to finish. They kept me in the loop during every step, whether it was with an email or a personal phone call. “Jacquie is an exceptional designer with a fantastic eye!! She is able to help with a small design project (such as giving a room a "facelift") or she can manage a large construction project from start to finish. Jacquie is great at understanding a person or company's own style, rather than imposing her own style upon them. I have worked with Jacquie on multiple corporate projects as well as personal projects, and have referred her to multiple friends and relatives. I can't say enough great things about Jacquie's work, plus she's a great lady to boot!! Highly recommended!!”

“We hired Michelle to help us redesign our master bath and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. We wanted to create a spa like setting complete with a larger shower, luxury whirlpool and other creature comforts that women enjoy. Michelle came up with a stunning design that involved some changes of moving a wall, adding pocket doors and relocating some of the plumbing. Her plan included all the materials to be considered for the project and paint colors. We love the whirlpool that is large enough for two and has these fancy lights that change colors as the pool is on. Her design incorporated the existing master bedroom and she helped us with some ideas there also. Michelle is very creative, full of energy and an absolute joy to work with. There are many great designers in Chicago and she is definitely in that elite group of designers.”

“I had worked with Tory Day before so when I needed a designer to remodel my bathroom, I immediately thought of her. She listens to what I want, finds samples for me to review, coordinates with the contractors, and checks on progress/resolves issues along the way. She is great at choosing reliable and knowledgeable vendors to work with too. The work went flawlessly, quickly, and the result was fantastic. I will use her again this year when I redo my other bathroom.”
