“I am a builder that does new builds and lots of remodels. I work with many designers, but of all the designers I have worked with Rivington Marx is by far the best. Troy is so easy to work with. He is kind, attentive, he responds quickly to calls, text and emails and is not pushy on the design that he sees for the project but listens to the client to get their feedback and buy-in to the vision he has. If the client has any request that vary from his original vision, he seamlessly creates a design that still captures what he is going for but captures what he client is desiring. He is absolutely amazing. Anyone considering another designer vs Troy will not go wrong going forward with Troy. I have had the pleasure of working with Annie with Rivington Marx as well. She is extremely talented. Like Troy, she has a design for layout and color. Annie is so accommodating and listens to the client as opposed to telling the client what they need to go with. She is wonderful with cabinet layouts, creating not only function in the cabinet area but great balance to the overall visuals of the cabinet areas. I have really enjoyed working with Annie! Eric is also amazing to work with. I have really enjoyed all of my interactions with Eric. He is so polite, kind and accommodating. He manages the project with great precision and is really on top of all the needed aspects of the project. He is very talented in the project management and implementing the vision created by Troy and Annie. He is very important part of the Rivington Max team. He will absolutely make you feel at ease in your project. Chandra has been wonderful to work with. She is also so kind and accommodating. I have not had as much time with Chandra as I have with Troy, Annie and Eric, but all of my interactions to-date with Chandra have been wonderful. They assessed the floor plans for our future house in the mountains and made improvements in the flow and function of the primary bathroom and kitchen. They provided lovely suggestions for materials (flooring, tile, backsplash, cabinets, lighting) for our consideration. Since the actual build is a couple of years away, our feedback is partial - only through the planning stage.”

“We had a really positive experience with our Home "Refresh" using 328 Design Group. In the initial consult, Hallie listened to our desire to create much more light in our older home, a home that often felt darker with so many trees, darker paint and not enough indoor lighting. Our designer was Allison and she was fabulous throughout the process, very patient in helping us figure out what we liked and didn't like. Our style is unique in that we were trying to incorporate more antiques, vintage pieces and color than often seen in more modern homes. We appreciated how Allison worked really hard to listen and design spaces that reflected our family, interests and whimsical preferences. It was a huge help and took a lot of time and stress off of us to have Kerry as the GC, managing the various trades (who were all excellent), coming in and out of the house. He was very attentive to detail and a pleasure to work with. The entire team is responsive in communication and super organized. Our goal was to have a lighter, updated space which which blended our unique decor items into a space that feels like "our home."
