    “I have been working with Jennifer from The Old Painted Cottage since 2011. I had been a faithful blog reader (http://theoldpaintedcottage.com/) and admirer of her style for a long time before getting the courage to contact her to see if she would agree to a design consultation to help me revamp my living room. My husband and I had recently moved into a 1960's ranch - that still looked like it was from the 1960s! I was so frustrated with trying to "design" my house on a budget and getting nowhere – I desperately wanted and needed help. I kind of knew what I wanted to do and the styles I admired, but I had no idea whatsoever how to create it on a realistic budget in my own home. I hired Jennifer to teach me how to beautify my living room. And oh boy - I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful it was (and has been since then) to work with Jennifer! After sending her the dimensions of my living area and images of living rooms I loved (many of them here on Houzz), we scheduled and had a phone consultation and OH.MY.GOSH! Jennifer's energy, excitement, ability to translate what I wanted to the redesign of my space - and all within my budget - was incredible! One of the most amazing things about Jennifer is that she patiently taught me many interior design secrets that I never knew but have since been able to apply to my whole home (e.g., hanging drapes higher than the top of the window, displaying décor items in threes, adding pops of complementary color, etc.) Needless to say, it is 2014 and Jennifer has let me hire her to design almost every room in my house! Since 2011, I’ve had two babies and she helped me design both nurseries. Jennifer also helped me revamp my master bedroom, TV room, and the sunroom! Currently, we are doing a whole house consult on a little lake cabin my husband and I recently purchased. Overall, Jennifer is a consummate professional, her fees are ridiculously reasonable, and she is able to “get into a space” and transform it simply by looking at before photos. Jennifer is a gem! I could go on and on about Jennifer…(and I hope to meet her in person one day soon!)”

    “I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!”

    “Not only does Ava and Arlene have impeccable design taste. They will handle everything from the idea phase, to hiring the proper General Contractor, subs, over seeing the entire process and being present at the job site during the work. They did everything from A to Z. They made redecorating my home a simple breeze. From providing me my options and giving me the pros and cons of each option with various cost estimates made it easy for me to make a comfortable informed decision on every step of the process. They are extremely flexible with their service. Their contractors are also professional and very neat. They clean up after every job and make the process very convenient. The outcome turned out better than I expected and I am a very satisfied customer.”

    “What a blessing to have found Mariah Shaw ten years ago! At that time she helped me redo a condo where we used 6 wall colors and 5 wall papers for beautiful blend and contrast. Then she did a masterful job with finishing touches and furniture shopping and arranging for a new 4800 square foot hacienda which wowed every visitor. Currently she is helping me decorate a renovated 1950's ranch-style home. Mariah is a great listener, full of ideas, efficient, cost conscious, and exceptionally fun. I highly recommned Mariah Shaw for your interior decorating needs.”

    “I hired Gabriella to design my 450 square ft. Hair Salon. I am thrilled with way it turned out!!! It is absolutely geourgious. I was not sure what direction to go in as far as color and fixtures. Gabriella sent me a design board with her ideas and we we went from there. She suggested a bold color on one wall and we picked fuchsia . The other walls and build outs are several shades of grey and the fixtures are brushed gold. It all can together beautifuly. Gabriella is extremely talented and has a great eye for color. she was a joy to work with. She is doing my home next!”

    “I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to personally work with Jamie Roddy and her design team at EdenLA. At first, my visit to EdenLA was only to get a few things done in the guest room, but after meeting with Jamie at the house and discussing a few other design ideas for other rooms in the house, I decided to re-do the entire house, of course with Jamie’s help. She was phenomenal… from her paying attention to every detail, to listening to what my needs were (and budget), to having a wonderful attitude with no ego. We went through each room in the house, top to bottom, even deciding the colors of paint for the walls. The house could not be more beautiful and finally complete since we moved in 6 years ago. It now feels like a home. Jamie is an extremely gifted, talented interior designer and anyone that hires her will not be disappointed. My experience was amazing from the beginning to the end.     “I hired DEZINE& for my home renovation in California. It was a great "bones" of a house that needed a new lift on life. We did everything from changing the pitch of the roof to installing new floors and everything in between. We also added solar by the recommendation of Daniel and are pleased with the impact on our electric bills. What Dan and DEZINE& did for our little valley home was stupendous. It's updated, unique, energy efficient, stylish and above all comfortable. I've also learned a lot along the way about construction and DEZINE. Thank you Daniel and your crew.”
