“To me, it's all about process. Joel and his crew started off with setting me up with an interior designer. She measured everything and talked with us about what we wanted. Then she sent us renderings of the finished Master Bath. Once we agreed on the design, she sent us to Ferguson's to pick out our fixtures. Then she sent us to Arizona Tile to pick out our countertops, flooring, shower walls etc. Once that was all done, Joel met with us and went over the costs of our fixtures, Tile etc, and labor. After we agreed that we had everything we wanted the contract was signed. The only time we went over the budget was because of change orders that we initiated, otherwise we did not exceed the contract. I can't give Usher Building & Design Inc any higher stars because the system won't let me!”

“Alison and her team were a delight to work with. They did a full house floor plan and design, as well as purchasing, installation and accessorizing for me. I was so impressed with how carefully they listened to my every word, helped me articulate my vision, then presented a design proposal to make it all happen. On the front end of the project, Alison presented a detailed overview of each stage of the project and set expectations on objectives and timing. By closely following that plan, we stayed on time and on budget, even with mid project course adjustments. Alison did an amazing job with the space design, and the quality of the furniture she ordered went beyond expectations. I was especially impressed with how she was able to incorporate some of my existing pieces into the overall project (not an easy feat as I was going from a beach to an alpine design). I’m short, I loved working with Alison and the results were absolutely beautiful!”

“Working with Liz was great! From start to finish it was a simple process, even though almost all of it was done remotely. Iterating on the design boards was fun, and allowed us to converge on a style and design. The end result is perfect -- its exactly what I wanted. Its comfy, functional, and very very beautiful. Could we have done it ourselves? Yeah, probably. But the time end effort saved by leveraging the DSI pros and their warehousing services totally was worth it.”
