“Lissette and her team of La Finc Interiors did an amazing job staging my house for sale. My house was 100 years old, and had a lot of delicate features and smaller proportions than many modern homes do. Lissette opened up the spaces, made one lead gracefully into the next, focused on the best parts of the house, and showed how a modern family could easily enjoy the house by today's standards. I always thought that home staggers tended to squeeze out any color or flavor from a house, and were inclined to bland the house down to meet the most common and conventional tastes. Lissette fulfills the " appeal to everyone" criteria just fine, but goes way way beyond it. Lissette used white and natural tones throughout the house, but by throwing in very small small touches of black and other colors, and adding some great natural fiber textures, she made the house come alive and seem light throughly modern. The rooms had a "life" all their own, and she gave character and appeal to each space, somehow telling a story of how you would happily live there. I really don't know how she did it. And what she did with the potential rooms for children was just inspired. Light, creative, playful, a perfect soufflé to childhood. Besides all her creative skills, she has some of the best people skills I have ever seen in my life. Always willing to go way out of her way to make sure the house was perfect for viewing, she and her team were attentive, competent, fast, and very very polite.
