“I helm a women's networking group in New York City and host events monthly. The ladies of M&P Design Group designed the banner that sat at the end of the runway for a June fashion show. All sixteen women who were walking were 'role models' versus 'runway models.' All sixteen were South Asian, which is my brand, and all sixteen were employed in Science Technology Engineering or Math fields. I was making a statement about the jobs of the future, and highlighting the ladies who occupy them now. I asked Julia and Alex to come up with banner design which would serve as the backdrop of every photo taken. They collated all the symbols and designs from the event to-date and created the most stunning design for a runway backdrop. And turned it around in the time they indicated they would. I'm someone who is very focused and gets things done. I appreciate it so much when I find fellow lady entrepreneurs who share the same work ethic--and creativity!”

“You have probably gone through something like this more than once yourself. Yes, I'm talking about moving. It's something we all dread. You finally find the right place to live and then comes the question: Will my furniture fit? Will my rugs fit? What about the colors on the walls, will it all work? Moving to a new place can be overwhelming but not when you have Jula on hand. She had a plan for us. Jula measured our existing furniture and new apartment, and using her interior design program, she planned multiple spaces for us. She gave us options so we could decide which ones worked the best for us. When moving day came, thanks to Jula we already knew where to place all of our "stuff" and I have to say it really saved us a lot of time and frustration. We didn't have to re-shuffle furniture back and forth like we had to during our previous move. She had a place in mind for everything. The existing colors on the walls were definitely not something we could live with, so we asked Jula to help us. The colors she chose made a huge difference. It made our kitchen and hallway seem bigger. The living room and other rooms now complemented each other perfectly. You can tell that she is very passionate about colors and has a great feel for choosing the right ones for any space. Her collection of over-sized hand-painted color samples is pretty impressive and made it a breeze to make our choice. No multiple trips to the hardware store, no painting samples on the walls. Within minutes we had chosen our colors. Done. Now I hope we will never move again, however, if we do, I know just the right person to hire to come to the rescue........”

“Ward5 Design is not only creative, but they provided staging solutions that were practical, affordable, and stylish. I hired Ward5 Design for a mid sized 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Astoria, Queens. Prior to getting the house staged, buyer reactions were lukewarm at best with offers that were way below our asking price. Post staging the offers poured in and we accepted a great price within the first week. The staging really does make a huge difference. Amazing, affordable and such a pleasure to work with.”
