“Samantha is excellent builder, designer, and manager! She took over failed project of renovation in my home and turned it around in no time. Not only she got all errors made by previous contractor corrected, she finished all work very quickly. She and her crew worked till midnight several days to get my home ready for my Mom to come from hospital. Construction/renovation: built new bathroom/shower suite on the second floor, tile work, glass doors in a shower, closets with mirrored sliding doors, staircase, all electrical work, painting, new hardwood flooring, complete rebuilding of master bath on the first floor, tile work, fixtures, electrical, glass doors, doors. Samantha has impeccable taste, I learned that I am much better off relying on Samantha's taste then trying to figure it out myself. Samantha has access to professional sources of highly skilled labor and materials, and she is excellent engineer and project manager. She went above and beyond working on my home. Samantha is honest and reliable. She is not just getting job beautifully done, she finds ways to get it done at reasonable cost and the most efficient way. I will have another phase of my home renovation and I am looking forward to work with Samantha again. “Kathie has done numerous projects decorating almost now my entire house. She accessorized my entire home after it was built. She has redecorated the children's room and recently, the keeping room, dining rooom, and outdoor front porch, screened patio and transformed a fountain area. She learns what her client likes and their style and then incorporates the latest styles in fashion that she thinks will fit the client. She has a fabulous eye for quality things and can invision a plan for a room and just transform it. She takes pictures and lays out all her idea out so you can see it before you buy things (which I love) and is very willing to change if you don't like.
