“Katen is wonderful and easy to work with. We live on the mainland and she designed a complete remodel and refurnishing of our condo. She had a unique ability to help us articulate what we wanted, even when we weren't quite sure what that was. My husband and I had different visions but she was able to create an end product that we were both thrilled with. She also managed the contractors and kept us updated with videos and pictures along the way. From planning to execution, Katen made sure nothing slipped through the cracks and easily pivoted when we made changes or added on to the scope of our project. “My husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism we experienced in our dealings with Kirsti Mittag-Degala at Mid-Century Rehab here in Seattle. From the onset Kirsti was responsive, prompt, informative and thorough. She listened to our requests and concerns and located the following items for us: 1950's Paul McCobb extra-long sofa with walnut trim, reupholstered in Knoll Hologram fabric, in Bronze. Extra-long vintage walnut console table with substantial glass top which we positioned behind the Paul McCobb vintage sofa (the exact height and length complements the sofa beautifully) 1950's Adrian Pearsall walnut-based, glass-topped cocktail table, which we now enjoy in our living room flanked by 2 vintage side chairs. 1960's Adrian Pearsall low walnut side table which we paired with our existing vintage Scandinavian lounge chair. 1950's Paul McCobb Replogle standing floor globe in a bronze finish for our downstairs library/ rec room.. 1950's wooden retail jewelry box repurposed as a kitchen spice shadow box When one of the items arrived slightly damaged, Kirsti immediately contacted the shipping agency and handled all of the necessary negotiations to ensure reparations. We could not have been happier with our experience with Kirsti and Mid-Century Rehab, and look forward to using her services in the future. Kristie Kisbye”
