“We hired Jenny Manka at Manka Interiors for two different projects. The first one was a total master bedroom/bath remodel. Jenny brought in the right contractors and she kept the project moving. She worked with us on re-designing the space and she selected tiles, paint colors, wallpaper, etc. She was spot on with all of her recommendations and we still love everything that we did two years later. Then last year she made almost all of the choices on a basement remodel. We had over 2000 square feet of carpeting and when she first showed us the sample that she had selected we weren't quite sure about it, but it turned out to be ABSOLUTELY the right suggestion. We have learned to trust her ideas. Again, she brought in a contractor who could do most of the job on his own and she was very dedicated to staying within our budget. She turned a 40-year-old, tired looking space into something clean and new and updated. She is particularly good at selecting light fixtures. We highly recommend Jenny and we will definitely work with her on any future projects.”

“This is our third design project with Arlene and the Design Connection team. We had six weeks from moving into our home until our annual Christmas party occurred. Arlene and team designed a beautiful and stunning living room, dining room, bedroom and area just off the kitchen...and had it done just in time for our party! The guests were astonished that we had just moved in and the home looked so elegant. People commented that our bedroom gave them a "zen-like feeling". If you are looking for a designer where the work comes natural to her, doesn't waste time and gets your goal accomplished...no need to look further. Arlene is the best and once again, love my beautiful home!”

“I highly recommend Tom Stumpff of Stumpff Homeworks, LLC, and his team. We love the beautiful work they did on our complete kitchen and bath remodels. As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. From the very beginning, Tom spent the time necessary to make us feel at home with each step of the remodel. He listened carefully, discussing our needs, providing design ideas and options, and promptly answering all of our questions. His estimate was realistic and he thoughtfully addressed every aspect of the project. Throughout both the kitchen and bath remodels, Tom and his team remained on-time and on-budget while keeping the workspace clean and organized. Respectful, trustworthy and good-natured, they all went the extra mile ensuring everything was done to our satisfaction. “I hired Suhr Interior Designs for my kitchen remodeling project. We replaced the outdated kitchen island and desk with more workable island and bar area. In the beginning, I had the vision of what I wanted and Laura Suhr brought my ideas to life! We kept our other cabinets and just had them restained for a very reasonable price. The kitchen turned out beautiful! I like the Suhr Interior Design's flexibility, they will be as involved in the process as you'd like them to be. I picked out all of the new appliances, hired the electrical and did the wall painting myself, while the tradesmen (carpenter, tile, countertop and cabinet refinishers) subcontracted by Suhr did a top-notch job at a very reasonable price. Also, Suhr had it all lined up so that it ran smoothly and there was very little down time to my kitchen. You should see the before and after! Goodbye yellow oak!”
