I've been working with Kathryn at Studio Findlay for almost three years, and she has helped us design both indoor and outdoor spaces with function, style, and personality in mind. She transformed our outdoor dining and patio areas, as well as several interior rooms like our primary bedroom, family TV room, and kids’ loft. Kathryn has an incredible eye for sourcing beautiful rugs, lighting, and textiles that really pull a space together. I highly recommend Heather assist you with your designing needs. She is knowledgeable, affordable and has a great eye for the little details required to pull a look together. I liked Heather from our first meeting onward. She was keen to get a sense of my style and needs, then applied her expertise in making that become a reality. We could not have built our dream home without Billie. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the build and had all the contacts needed to source the right materials for our home. Billie listened to our thoughts and guided us in the absolutely right direction at every stage. We love our house and can’t thank Billie enough for her help.

I purchased over $150 in fusion paint and had trouble with one colour (the container was not sealed, was only half full, and very thick). I tried phoning Barb three times, leaving a detailed message each time, but no response. Very disappointed in the product she sells as well as the customer service.

Without any reservation I recommend Daniela for your interior design projects. Honest, timely, talented, a good listener and attention to detail left me with a really outstanding condo redesign given budget restraints. Have no fear, you are in good hands. All her trade people were outstanding.

Lisa helped me reorganize a home for resale. She was thoughtful and efficient, helping create a space that was warm and inviting. She was easy to chat with and offered so many great recommendations. I knew as soon as I met with Barbara at Fresh Approach that she was the person I wanted to do the renovation of my condo. She struck me as a personal, knowledgable, total “hands on” businessperson, who took pride in her work and confident control over all who entered and had any part in the renovations. And she proved to be all of that. She made me feel like a personal friend. Her contractors were efficient and like her, “hands on” and wanted nothing less than all of us to be pleased with their work. Doing a renovation in a condo building is not a simple task but she was diligent and efficient at getting approval through both the condo strata council and the city permits, all of which passed with no issues. She made herself accessible day and night hours and always checked up on her trades during and after their jobs, making certain that the result was what she and I had planned on my behalf. My NEW condo is not only beautiful; it says “ME”; It doesn’t say “typical condo”. More than anything, she wanted me to “love it” not merely “like it”. Barbara didn’t simply decorate; she took into consideration all of my needs and desires for my home. I like to cook and dine with my friends as well as appreciate art, and the results show her attention to that personal side of me. She was not afraid to encompass my concerns and answer any questions both before and during the renovation stages. Every item installed was done for me, to suit me and to fit me; I was consulted about every detail.

Nicole came to Palm Springs to help me with a partially furnished vacation home I recently purchased. She reviewed what worked and what needed enhancement or change in my home. Then we powered through 3 days of shopping on line and in many lovely shops she sourced for me. She helped me select rugs, a gorgeous sofa, kitchen table and chairs, 2 media consoles, an office chair and book shelf. And she chose unique and lovely decor items like those you can see in the photo of the kitchen. She took steps to organize my bathroom items and helped choose art. She removed clutter and added cuteness to my coffee bar. Her suggestions for wallpaper/paint and mirrors and barn doors for my pilates/peloton/meditation room were excellent. She ordered indoor greenery for certain areas. She was just amazing. The BEST. No hidden up charges. Just upfront transparent fees that were so worth it. I highly recommend Nicole. She has style and taste and was a pleasure to be with during the project. She stays in touch with me since returning to Canada. Many items we chose have not arrived so I cannot show photos of the finished project but it will be amazing.

Niina and Paige were our design consultants on a two phase, home renovation project. The first phase was a kitchen/living room and front entrance re-design; the second, a major re-design of our downstairs living space, including a bathroom and laundry room. They were good communicators, ran productive design meetings, had a transparent fee schedule, and recommended good contractors to complete the work. They presented interesting design and materials concepts but would also listen to our ideas, needs and wants. Niina and Paige were very professional but they also have a helpful and pleasant way of doing business.
