“Disappointing experience. I was assigned a junior designer who was off to a great start. However she eventually stopped responding to emails and texts, her recommendations were not well thought out and when I responded with questions, she wouldn't respond. It became clear she was not remotely interested in keeping our business. After several months, I gave up and requested a refund. I had to go over her head for her to even respond. Even then, she didn't send it out for several weeks until I texted and reminded her. Now I have a half-finished room that I'm not even that happy with.. Would not recommend.”
