She listened to my ideas and preferences and expanded on them to give me beautiful, updated rooms that are better than I could have imagined. Nancy designed a built in cabinet for my master bath that gave me storage I never thought possible, in addition to upgrading its entire look. In one of my guest baths her use of tile and glass accent tile made a simple bathroom into something elegant. “My family was set to relocate from Ohio to California, and I needed to completely furnish and decorate our recently purchased home from top to bottom before arriving in our new community. Knowing this would be a formidable task, I searched for an interior designer who could take on the challenge, and luckily found Kathy. It was obvious from the beginning that Kathy had the knowledge, experience, fortitude, and personality to work through this lengthy project. Kathy was helpful in laying out floor plans for every room in the house including multiple bedrooms, dining room, living and family rooms, breakfast room, media room, game room, and foyer. She offered numerous options for coordinating fabrics, textures, materials, and color choices so that a flow and theme emerged through all the spaces. Kathy was respectful of my fashion preferences, while suggesting unexpected pieces that could complement my style yet provide diversity. She had a great eye for color and was able to extend advice on interior and exterior wall colors, rugs and carpets, lamps, and other accessories. One of the qualities I most admire about Kathy is her ability to work well with other professionals such as our general contractor, flooring specialist, drapery installer, and furniture store staff.
