A warm and welcoming woman, Noelle worked with us and our humble budget to transform our dingy yellow and beige 70's-era bathroom into a white and blue modern masterpiece. She facilitated every detail of our project (two kitchens, a laundry room, and three baths) with the utmost professionalism.
