“MAY 2025 Working with Maria-Ximena Coriat, our interior designer, and her team at MXC Intl over the years has been an exceptional experience. We have completed multiple projects together, including the renovation of our principal bedroom and principal bathroom, both of which were transformed into spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional. Her use of materials and space is highly creative and thoughtfully executed. She incorporated colors and design themes that reflect our personal taste, resulting in a tranquil, restful bedroom and a modern, elegant bathroom. In addition to these spaces, she also redesigned our family room and living room. “Having never enlisted the help of a designer, I found Mary to be an absolute pleasure to work with. She's a great communicator and was able to come up with a creative design to renovate a very, very small master bath. My goal was not only to modernize it, but to make the bathroom safe and comfortable as I age in place. Once the layout was established, it was easy to work with Mary to fine tune fixture and tile choices. Her attention to detail is excellent and my contractor was very complimentary about the drawings and product information Mary provided. The renovation is set to begin in a few weeks and I cannot wait to see everything come together. Once it is complete, I'll provide additional feedback. “We had a great experience with Benavides Design. We engaged them to help us plan a complete renovation to our master bedroom and bathroom. Our master bath was tiny and we never used it as a result. We thought that we had limited options on how to expand it and none of them were very great. Benavides came in and was very creative in the approach they took to re-laying out the entire suite to maximize space and give us the large master bath that we always wanted but didn’t think was possible! They were also very helpful in assisting us with finish and fixture selections and using their established relationship with local vendors to their clients advantage.
