She immediately started sketching plans for furniture placement and making recommendations for window treatment. She knew exactly where to shop for rugs, furniture, art, and accessories, and stayed within my budget. What she was able to do in hours would have taken me months. I was always able to contact her with my questions, and they were answered in a timely manner. Based on our experience, I would recommend 13 Thirty Design. We have plans to finish the last couple of rooms with new furniture and décor, and Sara will definitely be the person we will hire to finish the rest of the house.

We hired 13thirty Designs to help us with our kitchen, master bath, and living room remodel. We had several architectural restrictions, and Sara was still able to create a design plan for us that accomplished the look we wanted. She completed contractor drawings for us, assisted with hardware and material selections, and helped with project management. We are beyond pleased with her work, and will continue to hire her for future projects, as well as refer her to friends for their projects!

Sara did a great job designing our kitchen down to the smallest details that I never would have thought about. We had complete trust in her vision and Oftentimes I would have her communicate our plans directly with the GC on our behalf to Dave myself the stress of overseeing the project details. From a decorating perspective I love that she would first look at things I had to use and then bought the things we didn’t. In a very short time meeting with Sara she completely understood our transitional but eclectic tastes and was able to make it work in the most beautiful design and selections.
