Julianna Rea is passionate about creating beautiful and inviting spaces through, Renovation, Redesign and Staging. Julianna has been an Interior Decorator and Stager for over 25 years. During that time, she has staged many homes, including a project which received a full price offer ($1.4 million USD) first day on the market, first showing and $200,000 over market; successfully flipped houses; renovated an 1898 commercial building in Durango Colorado, earning the Governor’s award for the “Best Downtown Rehabilitation”; worked as a member of the design team at Restoration Hardware where she honed her staging and people skills; and has helped homeowners with everything from whole house renovations, to space planning, to paint colour selections. As a homeowner, with her share of selling homes and moving, she knows how stressful moving can be--even if it is for all positive reasons. As a seasoned decorator and stager, Julianna likes to think that she is a calming influence through diplomatic communication, organization and impeccable attention to detail. Her design experience helps her to visualize and execute the best floor plan to create harmonious and inviting spaces. She looks forward to working with you!
