We hired Lonnie to do some pretty major plaster repairs, new drywall installation, and trim and wall painting. He quoted us a price and said it would take 3 weeks. 3.5 months later and double the estimate Lonnie was “done”. Even though we asked several times throughout the project, he did not provide updates and instead surprised us with a final number of hours that was significantly higher than what was quoted. He required constant checking in, many days where he and his crew would not show up or would only spend and hour on the job. They actually never even finished our job, something we were okay with because we were ready to be done dealing with these guys. Besides the lack of professionalism and accountability let’s talk about the quality of work and craftsmanship... six months later and we have visible seams in the brand new drywall, scuffs in walls and trim from just accidentally bumping them, a ceiling texture that is extremely uneven, and cracked plaster where they had done “repairs”. I would NEVER recommend this company. We have had to hire other workers to fix a lot of the work that we paid them to do in the first place. Very disappointed with our experience.
