We needed help! After relocating for work and living in our new home for almost two years we had not been able to furnish our main living room in a way that worked with the rest of the house or with our personalities. We had no problem pointing out what we didn't like (those window treatments had to go!) but we were struggling with pulling a new concept together for a room with unusual measurements that opened into our kitchen/dining areas. We were so lucky to find Shelley at Adorn Design. She took the time to get to know us and connect with spaces in our house that we liked and were happy with. She brought forward concepts where we could provide input and we definitely had an active role in the choices that were made along the way. Shelley was flexible but also very confident with sharing her opinion when she felt I was going down I path I might regret. She does a great job at sharing her opinions and expertise, but also supports her clients in their final choices. I completely trust her judgment and would recommend her services to anyone. Shelley brought me ideas I would not have thought about on my own. She also took extra steps to ensure that we worked within our budget but didn't compromise on the quality of the final product. I LOVE MY NEW LIVING ROOM and will be forever grateful to the Adorn Design Group for making it possible!

After 25 years we knew our home was due for an update. But we had no idea where to start and were completely overwhelmed. Shelley patiently listened, made proposals and gave us many choices. She was knowledgeable, creative and fun. Our house is totally refreshed with new paint, flooring and furniture yet remainsl the comfortable home we've lived in for 30 years. She used many of our decor items in a new way and even came back and tweaked the TV room so everything flows. We couldn't be happier in our new spaces and we owe it all to Shelley.

Shelley and her team were amazing. We remodeled our first floor this summer, and the results were spectacular. Everything that Shelley recommended was right on target. Our house went from an outdated, mismatched look to one that is gorgeous and has a great flow. All of the rooms work together. She did all of this, and stayed within our budget. Shelley and her team were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Shelley was one of the designers who helped us with our Great Room and sun room. The Great Room was a particularly challenging space to furnish due to the open floor plan and our desire to have sufficient seating. She came up with several creative ways to design the room. Shelley was enthusiastic and easy to work with. She was very responsive in her client communication and takes a lot of pride in her work. I highly recommend her!

We recruited Shelley to help pull together several spaces in our home after an extensive home remodeling project, including our family room and the master suite. After what's been an arduous remodel, Shelley was a breath of fresh air to swoop in and help us quickly tie everything together into a space we love. She spent the time carefully listening to our needs and preferences, and subsequently proposed several design concepts with samples for us to choose from. Once the design concept was finalized, she quickly found all the furniture and accessory pieces we needed, coordinated purchases, and managed the work on custom window treatments. At the end of the project, Shelley came to our home to help with all the placements, which was a special touch and made a huge difference in the final look and feel. Shelley brings together an amazing combination of good taste and design skills, project management skills and ability to adapt to client's wishes. She was very conscientious of our budget and timing, and always responsive when we needed her help or had questions. But, most importantly, Shelley has a real passion for her work and treated our project as if it was in her own home, and that's what truly makes her an absolute delight to work with.

We hired Shelley to help us bring some new life to our living room and bring out our style in a fun, unique and economical way. She was amazing! Her ability to repurpose existing items SAS well as find the perfect items to decorate with was out of this world!! We would highly recommend Shelley to anyone looking to decorate or redecorate their home! She is phenomenal...truly worth every penny. We are still shocked at how quickly she "got us" and our style. Now if we could just get our acts together to get her help to finish up several other projects!!

I have had Shelley come several times to several different homes I have owned to help decorate. Primarily with a fung shui focus, Shelley was able to set intentions in each room to help maximize the energy in each room. She also made sure that each room flowed together and helped me design and carry out the design of each room. We met for an initial visit when we would come up with a plan, a vision, and a shopping list. She did a great job of using what I already had. On one occasion, I went shopping with Shelley to purchase items for my home that we decided upon. On several occasions, I had Shelley come to give me some ideas for design, and I went shopping on my own. Several times, after we decided on a concept for each room, she would decorate the room while I was at work. It was so great to come home to a newly designed room. She is willing to help with all aspects of the design from the planning, shopping, to placement of each item.

Shelley has that rare combination of creativity, responsiveness and ability to work within your budget to make home renovation and decoration both exciting and beautiful. We have hired Shelley on three separate projects and have been thrilled with each one.
