We came to AHD & Co to renovate our son’s bedroom and bathroom. What a pleasure it was to work with Anastasia, Amy, and Amanda. They took an idea we had to capture some unused space plus our son’s love of basketball and created a sports vision that was beyond anything we could have imagined. Anastasia’s background in architecture and design was key to the transformation and Amy and Amanda listened and zeroed in on exactly what our son liked. It’s now a dream space for him.

Anastasia and her team took me and my family through the process of designing and decorating our new home construction. Every single step of the way she was efficient, organized, transparent, and most of all PASSIONATE. When someone cares so deeply about their skill, it’s apparent and can’t be faked. Anastasia and her team designed a 4 story addition to my home. I have now been living in our new updated home for 10 months and I couldn’t be happier. The architectural details of the addition are just beautiful. She really did an amazing job matching the 100 year old details of our home, while designing the extra space to meet the practical needs of our family of 6. She is intelligent and talented, blending form and function in a practical and often surprisingly cost effective way. She listened to all of our (sometimes crazy) ideas and designed the home of our dreams while helping us stay in our budget. I hired Anastasia of AHD & Co to help us pick finishes on a 47 unit luxury condo complex we are building in Long Branch, NJ. Anastasia is a real professional. She is not only an interior designer but also an architect so she is very comfortable drawing details, sketches and sections for the rest of the professional team to follow. She is organized, hard working and gets the job done on time and on budget. On a large project like ours that has a lot of very complex details she is accurate and works well with the construction team to implement and oversee the finishes. Working with Anastasia has been so wonderful and easy. I hired her to pick out the whole house's wall color scheme and lighting fixtures. Not only did she do an incredible job keeping the color flowing throughout the house, she called me to check up when the house was being painted to make sure I liked the colors. She was also meticulous with my lighting fixture details. There was one lighting fixture I loved but it was above my budget. Anastasia searched the internet to find a similar lighting and even got me a coupon code. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Anastasia and her team. They care about me and was mindful of my budget. I never felt pressure to buy anything I don't love or want and that was a great feeling.

I cannot say enough great things about Anastasia and Lisa. When we moved into an 1865 house with the original wiring And Design helped us lay out a whole new lighting plan and color scheme for the entire house. We did a complete remodel the master suite including taking the master bathroom down to the studs. They helped us with wallpapers, rugs, and furniture for multiple rooms. Anastasia and Lisa were often able to come up with simple fixes to design issues that I would have spent much more time and money trying to remedy had I attempted it myself. Working with them was a breeze and we could not be happier.

Two months ago I hired & Design to do a renovation on my kitchen and family room. The renovation included a full gut of an existing kitchen, new banquette, new desk area and re-configuration of family room including a new fireplace/built in book shelves and new french doors. The renovation went extremely well. Anastasia was VERY responsive and involved in every detail. She was forthright with her opinions and I always knew she had our best interest at heart. She is a decorator by trade as well and also did all of my window treatments, rugs, banquette cushion etc. I would HIGHLY and without reservation recommend & Design - you absolutely cannot go wrong with her by your side.
