Traci and her talented team at Alchemy Design Studio are always a pleasure to work with. We have collaborated with them on many projects through the years and we and our mutual clients have been pleased with the hard work and attention to detail that goes into each project. Alchemy takes the time to understand the client's' needs and translates their vision into stylish and comfortable interiors. Alchemy places a great deal of importance on sustainable products and design, which is not only important to our firm but also to many of our clients. Working with Alchemy Design is always a pleasure. Having worked on several projects with them over the past 4 years. Innovative concepts for interior design that always seem to push boundaries of sophistication and material use. As a metalworker, I enjoy the challenges and applications of my skills towards these goals. Traci, and the entire team are a cheer to work with and proficient in helping homeowners and business owners create one of a kind spaces and places.

This company did a really good job when I hired them to help me finish out what was basically a shell. I wanted a minimal modern interior and they delivered in spades! I wanted a concrete surface for my counter top and they designed a curved mid-century shape that looks wonderful. They knew many unique contractors for bespoke work on the metal chimney facing and wonderful handwrought rails for the stairs and balcony. They put together floor (maple) and wall and ceiling colors that sing together and found someone who made a slip cover for an ugly headboard and fitted seat cushions for an alcove. The reason I did not give them 5 stars was an unfortunate episode with ferociously expensive multicolored cushions that really did not work, that they urged me to get, and that I ended up having to pay 50% for, and lighting they designed that is still giving me trouble, (LED ceiling lights that go off and on and that make vibrating noises). Apparently , it is the fault of the lighting people who have not yet properly coordinated the Chinese parts with the American parts, but I am the one who is getting annoyed by them. So, I recommend Alchemy wholeheartedly for innovative design and incredibly good, unique contractors. but, buy your own cushions at TJ Maxx and get someone else to check the lighting fixtures.

Traci and her staff personify the three A's of a good consultant - availability, amiability, and ability. Throughout the project they listened to us carefully in order to hear our vision and then helped us focus on the essential aspects of the design and design process. With their help separating the wheat from the chaff, we were able to avoid clutter and pzazz items that we might tire of quickly. Traci's focus is on timeless style, clean lines, and elegant simplicity. She was attentive to our budget and found ways to help us get the desired effect economically. Most of all Traci was fun to work with. She is tireless, loves her work and has a great sense of humor.
