About Us

I have designed and/or remodeled many homes and commercial spaces across the country, with photos of a few displayed on this website. My extensive capabilities can enable a full project from start to finish or enhance your existing project. The Process I will meet you at your home or office and we will talk about your ideas, design vision, planned lifestyle, work needs or use of the space. I will prepare photo-realistic renderings of the concept, based on our discussions. Working together, the renderings will go through revisions, so you will see clearly what your project is going to look like. We will come up with a realistic budget and time period. A list of all design related items such as furniture, furnishings, flooring, light fixtures will be covered. Contractors I will be happy to work with a contractor if you prefer one. If you need suggestions for a contractor, I have many reliable, licensed and insured associates that you can interview. I will help the contractor and the subcontractors to guide your project to a successful completion on time and budget. Alex is an absolute gem of a designer and artist, not to mention fun! He designed and remodeled much of our midcentury hillside home, inside and outside, staying true to the lines, time period and light of the house. He has an impeccable eye for both the big picture and the tiniest of details, and how they all fit together to deliver true delight. He can patiently balance easing you out of your comfort zone and helping you stay within it, for a chic and livable end result. I hope to work with him again soon in our new house. He is the only person I will hire!

I hired Alex as an Interior Designer for 2 homes. The first project was a home in California that I built from scratch. It was featured in the WSJ. The second project was a remodel in Miami Beach, Fl. Alex is very creative and always watches your purse. He has an amazing skill in designing furniture and having it made in a timely fashion at a very low price. He also knows how to mix and match and might bring some cool plates from Target while showing you an Armani light fixture. Alex is a hard worker and makes time for you whenever u call him. He doesn't have an ego like many Designers and is always trying to please the owner. And last but not least He is Honest!! Note: The first home's project was over $100k Listed below is Remodel.
