We just celebrated our first Christmas and the birth of our second daughter in our new home, just in time! We worked with Alicia from the very beginning of our home building process, which we began this summer. She reviewed the builders plans and customized the layout and design for our lifestyle while meeting our requirements, budget and timeline. She suggested architectural treatments and design changes to define and enhance the open floor plan we love. Alicia visited the home site once in the early stages of construction. She and the builder reviewed her recommended changes and agreed on the Implementation. The reflected ceiling plan, location of decorative lighting, switching, flooring, required HVAC issues, bath and kitchen selections, siding and architectural details, as well as landscaping and walkways and driveway were all decided during her whirlwind 2 day visit. Alicia guided us every step of the way from kitchen and bathroom design, to selecting the granite, marble, tile, hardwood and carpet, faucets, vanities and master bath shower design and even picking the soaking tub. She anticipated the decisions we would have to be making and kept us one step ahead of the builder. She planned our existing furniture with future purchases in mind to finish the space. Even the window treatments which we desperately needed for privacy look great despite our dwindling funds. The amazing thing is that the design of our entire home was done through text, email and follow up conversation. She was on call for us at anytime. We even did the paint color scheme via text and it is perfect. We would text her pictures of unexpected construction issues, light fixtures, flooring, anything we were shopping for and she would help us decide if it would work for us design wise, practically and with our budget. She really helped us stretch our budget and prioritize our purchases to make the most the most of our investment while designing a home that really suited us and our growing family. She would remind us that the most classic selections often make for the most timeless design. Alicia was our go to design guide from the inception of our home building project to its completion. She was always just a text away and gave us the confidence to know that our dream home was going to be just as we imagined. But it is even better that we ever dreamed!

My business is flipping houses. Being a active realtor Alicia has helped me on several projects. Her input on finishes, layout, moving walls and opening up rooms and general design sense has helped my houses sell quickly. Once renovations are Complete she comes in and "works her magic" ,as my guys call it, by staging it with classic, timeless furniture, pictures, vases, etc. she creates homes that resonate with buyer on an emotional level.
