We're undertaking a full house renovation and whilst we had loads of ideas about what we liked colours and style wise, we felt a little overwhelmed with all the interior decisions we needed to make. We appointed Amanda to support us with colour schemes across all rooms and a full interior design service for our open plan kitchen/diner and snug which will form the centre of our home. Amanda has been a pleasure to work with from the start and really understood our brief. She presented her schemes to us and we fell in love with them all. We quite literally took her presentation to the decorators and said "here's your brief, go!" - she provided links to all paint colours, fabrics and product suggestions and has made the whole process so simple for us. We would recommend her without hesitation and cannot wait to complete our renovation now knowing our home will look beautiful and flow seamlessly from room to room.

I wanted an upgrade refresh of my kitchen and asked Amanda to help me. She came up with lovely ideas and colour way with accessories. I really liked just about everything she suggested and am starting to put this into effect. I have asked her for some extra measuring help and this is coming. I am so pleased with my room design from Amanda. From a zoom call, photos and dimensions of the room she has come up with a plan for colours, layout, fabric, furniture and lighting suggestions. There is a choice of options and budgets. The look is stylish and contemporary. I can highly recommend her efficient service with good communication at all times.

Amanda popped into our lives at least a year before our project started. She’d been helping a friend locally with a commercial project- so she arrived on recommendation, always a good thing! We wanted to extend our pitifully small kitchen and make more of our living space. Amanda turned out to be the lynchpin to our project. Not only did she have an architect and builder on her books - she had used them both for her own house - and the architect had used the builders for his project too. (Little did we know that we’d landed “Jam side up” - but we had.) project plans arrived and the whole thing began to take shape - Amanda was always there to support, advise and keep us on track. She has an excellent understanding of the life cycle of a building and design project - when to push us for decisions and when to ease off - perfect for those with demanding careers! The plans moved into council approval and our timescale began to accelerate. Amanda kept us on point with design plans, visits to kitchen builders and bifold door design. There were so many decisions to be made;- flooring, lighting, bathroom suites, ovens, hobs, placement of switches and sockets. Normal doors or pocket doors, door handles. The build started two weeks behind schedule and caught up. Each milestone was achieved and as the inside began to take shape, Amanda was always on hand to check quality and make sure the trades all understood what was needed - from the under floor heating engineers to the builders and floor fitters. There was a problem with tiling which Amanda proactively solved before we even noticed! It was critical that the build finished on time as one of us had a hard core operation and lengthy recovery. It did! it was also so great to come back to a space which has been totally transformed and is so easy to live, and thrive in. There was inevitable “Snagging” to be sorted out which Amanda coordinated with builders and decorators - all as part of the project lifecycle. She also negotiated goodwill discounts for tardy suppliers. We’ve reflected often on the project - we get to do that everytime someone new comes to the house and we get to see their reaction ( It always starts with “Wow! I love the colours/space/layout etc”). Amanda was the key and her experience, contacts and expertise have meant that we have a stylish, light, amazing and surprising space to live, work and thrive in. Thank you Amanda!

Thanks Amanda All our conversations were remote. Amanda understood our space with measurements alone. She created great shopping lists based on the conversations and photos and links we sent her of random things we liked. We now have 2 great bedrooms and a wonderful bathroom. Onwards to the kitchen next Amanda….

This is the second time we have used Amanda, this time we wanted something completely different from last time and Amanda was great at working with us to really understand what we were thinking. Throughout Amanda checked in tested ideas and worked on our design presenting a fabulous mood board, room layout and shopping list. We contacted Amanda for her assistance in bringing together a cohesive scheme for our semi open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen, with which we had been struggling with. With her flair and ideas plus’s listening to our thoughts and ideas she came up with an inspirational design which we loved and are in the process of bringing it all together. Amanda has lots of enthusiasm and is very easy to work with. She came up with some great ideas and helped me get some clarity about what I wanted and helped me move out of my comfort zone. One of my bedrooms is almost finished and looks much different from how I envisaged before and I'm very pleased with it. Covid-19 has delayed my other rooms but I can't wait to get going with them. Amanda has helped us with the interior design of our open plan kitchen/dining/living room. She was very thorough in getting information about the existing room, the items we wanted to keep and the style that we liked. The final design was lovely, we received moodboards with fantastic ideas and a shopping list with links. We’ve already started on the room and can’t wait to see it all finished.
