I have had AMI Design & Associates restyle three-fourths of my house now, one room at a time, over the past years. Annette just gets me. And as a result, the rooms in my house reflect my personality and my wished-for design perfectly. She has great tradesmen doing the work and they are professional, courteous, and careful of my property. I highly recommend AMI Design & Associates.

Annette did an amazing job transforming our home. She started with a very dated 20 year old house that showed lots of wear, with a hodge-podge of clashing furnitures in different styles, and changed it into a beautiful, new-looking home decorated in modern mid-century style. She redid 2/3rds of the house, including new outdoor entryway furniture and lovely backyard patio furniture. We changed 3 hanging fans in the great room and office, installed new entry, dining room, and kitchen lights, and refinished the kitchen cabinets. Almost a complete overhaul of the house. Annette's taste is impeccable; she is also very generous. I hired a painter myself to do the exterior and interior of the house, and was just going to redo the same bland colors, but Annette saved me from that disaster and selected the colors for me, without charge, choosing a much more subtle and sophisticated color scheme. Two furniture items were damaged, and Annette and her team handled getting replacements without any difficulty. I also asked her to return a couple of items, again without problems. Our only problems were with the handymen. One handyman didn't center the new bathroom sink and cabinet correctly and didn't haul away the old sinks and boxes. The new handyman she found took 6 hours to do what should have been a 3 hour job, and installed the TV too high above a floating entertainment that he also put in. Both could have been averted by having Annette or one or her assistants there supervising, which I would highly recommend that you ask be done. Annette finally had a contractor assemble our home office wall units, hang pictures, and do some final miscellaneous work, and he was perfect--great professional work, without any mess-ups; we totally loved him. All the furniture was shipped to our home. Most we could haul inside the house; for very heavy pieces, Annette arranged to have one of her team members carry them into the house. Getting rid of all the cardboard boxes and packing material requiring hiring a junk hauler twice, which was unexpected expense. But overall, we are thrilled with the end result--we have a beautiful home that is warm, inviting, and pleases the heart. Annette is easy to work with, reliable, and trustworthy. And her rates are very competitive. One month after everything was completed and final payment settled, her assistant dropped off an unexpected refund check for $548.11. So, very honest, as well. Would highly recommend.

I have never worked with Annette, though she is highly sought after for both residential and commercial work in my area. She recently redesigned the chiropractic office where I receive care. She changed the whole color scheme, flooring, lighting and made some minor changes to the overall office floorplan.
