Ellen furnished our new home in our retirement community in Massachusetts. It was a difficult transition, and VERY daunting to relocate from our home of 50 years. Ellen was wonderful to work with and made the process so much easier for us. She coordinated everything with the moving company and with the retirement community management, things that would have been overwhelming for us. My husband and I are senior citizens and, like so many people our age, struggle with technology. It was a new world for us to have furniture ordered online for us, instead of seeing it in a store, but Ellen made it easy and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She was so friendly and always made us feel at ease. I decided to return a few items after seeing them in person, and she made that all happen cheerfully and easily as well. I highly recommend her!

"Shabby gentility" did not begin to describe the state of my apartment when Ellen and her colleague (who did the painting and carpeting "heavy lifting") tackled the mess. Ellen was always available for on-site, phone or email consultation, and she provided frequent progress updates.
