Arditi Design is a New York based interior design and decoration firm founded by Rozit Arditi and born from a passion for designing inspired, coveted homes that reflect the ones who live there. Rozit got her start at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in Furniture Design before continuing to New York University with a focus on Interior Design. Prior to launching Arditi Design in 2012, she worked for some of New York City’s top design studios including Kate Lydon Interiors, Mendelson Group and Dune where she designed award-winning, custom-made furniture for New York’s leading designers. Rozit’s background in furniture design gave her an appreciation for craftsmanship along with a unique perspective on detail, texture and consideration for client’s needs. Rozit believes your home should reflect you, not the latest trends, someone’s else’s Pinterest page or her own style. She blends her talent and expertise with your lifestyle, memories, personality and quirks. With this unique point of view, she transforms each and every space, marrying a range of styles with a brave use of color, texture and time periods to design a home where you feel that you belong. Arditi Design helped make my dream apartment become a reality. It is a jewel box of a home and more lovely and comfortable than I could ever have implemented on my own. There was great attention to detail and every week I received a detailed summary of the progress. My apartment would never have turned out so beautifully without the input of Rozit Arditi and her team. Thank you!

Rozit and her team made the process of designing our newly purchased condo a delight. From the initial design assessment meeting, to creating the perfect layout for every room, to the selection of finishings, furniture and decor and finally, installation and delivery; Arditi Design is focused on your needs as a client and making sure the end result is a home that you will love for years to come. Rozit was quickly able to "get" my style aesthetic and selected pieces that truly wowed us. They have every detail covered, creating a project plan and on site support for every installation and delivery; and should something go wrong, they quickly take action managing returns and reshipments. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Rozit again for my next home design project.

I first met Rozit and her team over 3 years ago. Now 2 homes later, Rozit’s original designs have beautifully grown and moved with us! She was so easy to work with and quickly understood the sophisticated family look we were going for by helping us to redo the furniture (with her designs for custom built ins) in a living room, hallway and primary bedroom in a Brooklyn apartment and on to projects in our Suburban home. She did a great job of mixing pieces from different price points all within our budget, working in our personal taste of lots of color and texture as well as stretching us a bit (wallpaper?!? Yes!). The best sign of a happy customer is who you pass the recommendation on to and in this case it was to my parents (redid a kitchen and 2 bathrooms and sofas with Rozit and now working on a custom built in for their office/library). So lucky to have worked with Rozit! She really elevated the look, comfort and usability of our homes.

Rozit and her team are a pleasure to work with. Everyone is very responsive both in terms of responding quickly to any questions, comments or requests and also in terms of catering to my requests. While Rozit really took into account my vision and any specific requests that I had, she also came up with many suggestions that pushed me out of my comfort zone which I ultimately loved. Many of the pieces that she selected were not pieces I would have thought to select but they ended up working very well with my vision. Rozit also never exceeded the budget that we agreed on. I was very happy with Rozit and her team in every respect and I love everything in my home - it was truly a collaborative and enjoyable process and I would work with Rozit again if there is the opportunity.

I have an irrational fear of designers (I always think they are going to force me to buy what they like, choose the most expensive options, scoff at my budget, etc.). Rozit proved me 100% wrong. She was easy to work with, made excellent choices, was always there when I needed her. She handled everything from a complicated bathroom renovation to replacing window shades, with equal care and attention. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her.

Rozit is a thoughtful articulate creative and reliable designer. I was introduced to her through a friend of mine who also used her services and did a fantastic job at my friends place. Rozit was able to tap into the preferences of both me and my husband (even though they were sometimes at odds!) to curate an interior design for our condo that reflects our personality and lifestyle while staying within our budget. She did this by presenting us with a starting set of design options so as to not overwhelm with us too many choices, which I very much appreciated. In addition, our condo posed certain space limitations which she was able to overcome through her extensive knowledge of furniture and design ideas. Although this project didn’t require any specific renovation work I would trust her to run such a project because she has connections with skilled craftsmen, she understands architecture and engineering concepts to be aware of risks and issues (which arose in our context when we considered knocking down a wall) and she holds contractors accountable for their work. Rozit always followed up quickly on outstanding questions and issues to ensure satisfactory resolution (Eg if a piece of furniture was delivered damaged). Last, Rozit as a person is a pleasure to work with. I hope to have another design project so we can work together again soon.

Arditi Design was a terrific driving force to our year long project of remodeling our house. After initial walk-through it took the designer just a week to come up with an exciting design concept for each room and a few options for layouts, and then worked closely with us room by room on a regular basis to revise the concept to capture our original vision. The designer was very successful in negotiating and managing various contractors and stayed on top of the all issues as remodeling work was progressing. She got us numerous discounts and rebates, she was very sensitive to our budget concerns and we felt constantly that we have experienced professional on our side. I had never worked with a designer before, but found this designer to be patient, intuitive, hard-working and easy to talk to. We give Arditi Design the highest possible recommendation!

Rozit did a great job to creating a new look for my place. She developed a great initial design and worked with me to tailor it for my own desires and taste. Her design and creative skills are excellent and she came up with colors and ideas that I would never had imagined, and it all worked. Also she managed the overall project effectively and made it easy on me as she took on the role of a general contractor. I would recommend her highly.

Rozit is exceptional. A true professional and subject matter expert. I have worked with her for almost ten years, and she has helped me design and decorate two separate homes, and I have referred her to countless friends. We continue to work with her to refine our house and property! She is super easy to work with, helping guide decisions while giving you a lot of creative freedom. She manages all of the back-end activity, too, so you never have to worry about a return, a change or being on-site to manage a vendor. I can't say enough about Rozit's professionalism and follow-through as well.
