In 2021, Ariana Designs and Architecture focused exclusively on design and architectural services. During our consultation, I provided detailed recommendations tailored to your project’s needs. However, as your project required contractor services, such as lighting replacements and door repairs, I reached out to multiple contractors and made introductions on your behalf. Unfortunately, since these contractors were independent, I did not have control over their responsiveness or follow-through.

Since that time, we’ve made significant improvements to better serve our clients. We’ve launched a new partner company, Ariid Build and Remodel - Ariidbuild.com , allowing us to provide a seamless design-build experience. This ensures that all aspects of a project—from consultation to construction and final walkthrough—are managed directly by our team!
I deeply regret that your experience in 2021 did not meet your expectations. However, I hope you’ll consider the enhancements we’ve made since then to deliver the highest level of service.

We put the client in the center stage, and client satisfaction is our primary concern.
Our design process is clearly defined in stages, of which the Initial Consultation is the first step. The cost and the process of the Initial Consultation are made clear before the meeting, so the client would know what to expect.
Each project that we do has its own characteristics. Whether it is a small bungalow home, mid-sized home or a large mansion, we capture the spirit of the location, clients sense of style, combine them with our unique design, and transform the existing space into beautiful, elegant, and functional spaces that will make the clients feel magnificent.
The proposal for the project is composed after the Initial Consultation, and it is based on the information we got from the client about their design needs and wishes for their project. The cost of our design services reflects the scope of work needed. The time estimated for us to accomplish the tasks set before us is derived from our past experiences and the case studies on various projects that we did. Each member of our team tracks their time spent on the project, regardless whether the project is a flat fee or an hourly contract, which gives us excellent insight and allows us to accurately predict the time needed for all future projects.
We are very flexible in the case when a client wants to modify the scope of work which is stated in the proposal or any other details that they may not like. We communicate closely with the client to find the solution that they feel comfortable with to move forward with the project. Unfortunately, two-way communication is needed for this to work, and an unresponsive client can put a strain on the whole process, cause delays and ultimately lead to miscommunication and dissatisfaction.
As it happened, due to lack of response for almost a month, we had to cancel the contract in the case of Krista Ayers in order to accommodate other clients that needed our services. All communication with the client is made with utmost respect, with no room for any rude or offending tone.
