Jen was both the realtor and designer for a home we built. She was creative and resourceful in working with the client as well as with us. The end product was a unique and stunning home that won "The People's Choice" award in the Parade of Homes.

We tried and failed to sell our home after moving out of state, and ended up renting out of desperation. After our renters left a year later, we hired Jennifer to stage and list our home. Because of her excellent advice, staging, and marketing, within 24 hours on the market we were entertaining 2 offers on the house. We wish we'd have hired her the first time!

Selecting Jen Copeland as our interior designer was the best decision we made while building our house! Jen is easily accessible and is more than willing to provide design consultation in person and even through e-mailing pictures or sending pictures through text messages! Jen came with me to select my kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and ledge stone that was used for our fireplace and the backsplash of our kitchen. She also provided guidance when we needed to select trim for all our windows, paint colors, and light fixtures for all of of the rooms in the house. I also asked her to come with me to select furniture for our living room, dining room, and kitchen. Jen even helped me select and hang curtain rods and curtains. Jen quickly got to know our preferences in colors and design. She is very creative as well which resulted in some unique suggestions like using flat stone for the shower floor in the master bathroom and as the backsplash for the powder room. Based on the suggestions Jen made for our home, we would not change one thing! Although we are finished building, we continue to request Jen's services to assist us in the final touches of making our house a home; such as, selecting and hanging artwork. Jen Copeland is a tremendously talented designer. Her services are reasonably priced and worth every single penny. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone either looking to make their home-building experience easier or anyone just looking for a change to their home decor.

Our requirements were very specific: create a high-class, yet cutting-edge holiday look for our traditional lobby and office. Jennifer blew our expectations away! Her concepts transformed our ordinary decorations into the extraordinary. A few pieces of furniture were moved which completely changed the feel of the space. These are things she envisioned which we certainly could not. Jennifer is also cost-conscious. A few low-cost enhancements revitalized and updated old decorations, extending their usefulness.
