Owner | Designer | Project Manager. My name is Jaime Renard and I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Interior Space Design. After graduation I worked for a award winning retail and design firm Chute Gerdeman. With my time at Chute Gerdeman I worked in design development focusing on the translating a design concept into a working set of documentation for construction. Working on the design team for well known retail brands such as Verizon Wireless, Kay Jewelers, and Starbucks I have a full understanding of necessary code and spacial requirements that make a space functional. In the past few years I have transitioned into project management position for a local general contractor Keys Green Builders. I have gained experience and knowledge in construction. Working in the field alongside the trades that make a design a reality has allowed me to think about design in a different way. Not only is it necessary to accurately express a design to a client but also to document it in a level of detail that allows it to get build the way it is envisioned.
