Barrickman Design Group could not have been more wonderful in helping us to redecorate our home. From the first time we spoke with Amy Barrickman, we knew we were dealing with a professional who knew what she was talking about, in addition to having a warm demeanor. Amy was also prompt with all communication via telephone and email, and we knew we could rely on her for a quick response when necessary. In the end, we ended up personally working with Jen during our consultation. Jen had fabulous ideas that really helped bring fresh color into our living spaces, as well as keeping us on budget, which was very important to us. Thanks to Jen and Barrickman Design group, we are thrilled with the new look of our home. It feels a little bit like a new house with the bright natural light we now get, the fabulous new accessories she recommended, and the new furniture we purchased. Jen also gave us great ideas for some DIY projects to keep us within budget. She helped us to refinish our old dining room table and chairs, which in the end saved us a significant amount of money. Overall, I would recommend Barrickman Design Group to EVERYONE! They are two professionals with AMAZING style! I wish I had the design eye that they are both lucky to have. It was very important to us that this project remained on budget. They couldn't have been more in tune with our concerns, yet they helped us transform our home. I can't speak highly enough about Barrickman Design Group, 5 stars are not enough. I hired them to help finish off multiple rooms in my house. Amy is fun, funny, and a really good interior designer. She was very attentive to my vision, knowledgable, adaptable, and amazingly resourceful. She presented a design concept that was both highly functional and beautiful and just what I wanted- all while coming in under budget! Amy manages to remain extremely professional (timely, prepared, full of integrity) while making you feel as though you are hanging out with your best friend. I was hesitant to hire an interior designer at first after hearing so many design disaster stories, but am so thankful I did. From her own sophisticated DIY projects to her brilliant and innovative designs, I recommend Barrickman Design group without reservation.
