Detailed Review: Bridgette & Team I purchased my home in 2021 and initially attempted to redesign all the living areas myself. I soon realized I wasn’t achieving the "wow factor" I wanted. On a friend’s recommendation, I reached out to Bridgette, and it was probably one of the best decisions I made for the overall quality of my finished home. We started with the master bedroom and bathroom. Bridgette’s design broke through the mental "box" I had limited myself to, presenting a vision that was different & better than anything I had come up with. Based on that success, I enlisted her talent for the rest of the home. The project was a 3,000 SqFt tri-level home built in the late 80’s, and "every room got touched." The renovation involved moving interior and exterior walls, all new exterior doors and windows, where several configurations were changed. Bridgette and her team were instrumental in guiding me through the selection of all the Color & Finish of all the Slabs, paint, and textures. She also introduced me to great lighting and plumbing suppliers, and her contacts there. These contacts became invaluable when some lights I selected were no longer available, and I needed a new option quickly, and they came thru for me! What sets Bridgette apart is her ability to truly learn her client’s style. She frequently made suggestions that perfectly aligned with my taste, often anticipating my choices before I even made them. On one occasion, I selected a few large-format tiles for a fireplace; it turned out she had already emailed me a recommendation for the exact tile I ended up choosing. While I am someone who enjoys being deeply involved in the remodeling process—balancing cost, quality, and aesthetics. This is my third major remodel, and because I plan this to be my last, I wanted everything to be something I will like for years to come. Bridgette provided the professional "guidance" to help elevate my ideas, and make my new home something I’m truly proud of.

We were introduced to Bridgette in 2022 through a family in our neighborhood who was finishing a project with her and had a wonderful experience. We hired Bridgette to provide us with some ideas of how to remodel our kitchen and upstairs bathrooms. She took the time to listen to what was important to us and offered many suggestions for things we hadn’t considered. She provided us with multiple options to review for our space. From her design options, she worked with us to finalize a design that we fell in love with. During the construction process, she was available throughout to provide us as much guidance as we needed. She guided us on material and paint selection along with some of the finer details like placement of electrical fixtures and bathroom accessories. The project was completed this last summer and we couldn’t be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was a very smooth process and we believe a big reason for that was due to her contributions. We have and will continue to recommend Bridgette to friends and neighbors because of the outstanding service she provided to us.

We embarked on a kitchen remodel last year - our first experience with remodeling - and we could not be happier with our choice of designer to guide us through the process. Bridgette and her team made an excellent impression from the get go, and we still felt that way when the job was finished! At the initial consult, they made sure to listen to all of our needs for our kitchen, and their proposed design took all of our wishes into clear consideration. We really appreciated the chance to iterate through the design with them and keep tweaking it until it looked just right. Once the actual design stage is done is when this company really shines. From incredibly detailed spreadsheets with ordering timelines and vendor suggestions for each aspect of the remodel, to recommending an exceptional contractor and communicating with them, to accompanying me on visits to countertop and tile stores, to fielding endless emails and phone calls as we considered everything from lighting choices to appliance height…we were so impressed by Bridgette and Priyanka. They were timely, thoughtful, and creative. And above all, it’s clear they prioritize their clients opinions over pushing their own agenda. We could not love our new kitchen more, and are so thankful to have worked with Bridgette and her team who helped us make it a reality.

We recently worked with Bridgette Design Company to redesign our house, which had a pretty tricky floor plan. From the start, Bridgette and her team were incredibly professional and dedicated. They spent hours with us, really digging into what we wanted and needed for our home. Bridgette gave us a few design options, each thoughtfully put together to match our style and needs. It was clear she put a lot of effort into each proposal, making it hard to choose just one. But in the end, she helped us pick a design that was right for our needs. One thing that stood out was the excellent references Bridgette provided. These were invaluable in selecting the right contractors and vendors, which made the whole construction process a lot smoother. Dealing with construction can be overwhelming, but Bridgette’s guidance really eased the stress. Throughout the project, Bridgette was patient, sweet, and polite. She was always there to answer our questions, no matter how small. Her ability to listen and incorporate our feedback into the design was amazing. We’re thrilled with the final result , the house has plenty of usable spaces and we can’t recommend Bridgette Design Company enough. Their expertise and client-focused approach truly set them apart. I decided to take on the kitchen remodel with Bridgette and Priyanka in 2023. This was our second time doing a kitchen remodel, and we didn't want to repeat any of our past mistakes. Hiring a professional designer was probably one of my best decision in our remodel journey. Both of them were so patient with us, great listeners to every little detail that mattered to us, and all my requests and needs were included in the various design ideas they provided with different iterations. They were very punctual, mindful of our time, each meeting was well conducted where they would walk me through their design, thinking behind it and how it would meet my needs. They were so open to feedback with all comments baked into the next iteration. Even during the remodel, I did hourly consulting with Priyanka for my needs on material explorations and decisions, consulting on issues during construction, lighting etc and they were prompt and helped me think through pros/cons of options and also provided recommendations. Their appliance guidance was so helpful and relevant. The end result turned out stunning, a clean contemporary kitchen that is functional, spacious, and beautiful. I would highly recommend working with them, as they help you design your dream space not just aesthetically but also functionally and what would work in the long term for you.

Bridgette and her team at BDC were awesome! Hands down, the best money we spent for our full-house remodel. It makes sense to spend a bit more money on good design before spending so much on construction and materials (since re-re-modeling is obviously expensive). Bridgette defined the floorplan we picked for the remodel, and she gave us a variety of options within each construction budget category. And then beyond that, she and her team were able to visualize the space, help us pick materials and furniture that would look great together, and identify ways to make each room more functional. And the house came out beautifully with lots of unique colors and design elements while still being cohesive end-to-end. We love living in this new house. Bridgette was also great at listening and letting us guide the larger vision, while providing guidance on how to actually achieve that vision. She would narrow down so many choices into a smaller set of great options that we would pick from, and she'd provide some nudges at the perfect spots when we were stuck. It was the perfect mix for us. We highly recommend Bridgette and her team, and we would absolutely use them for any future project.

There are literally hundreds of big decisions and thousands of little ones that go into a whole house remodel and having someone like Bridgette to work with is a true blessing! She and her team were wonderful to work with - responsive, thoughtful, kind, creative and incredibly helpful...and just as importantly, their recommendations were stellar. I knocked down walls, redesigned the layout and remodeled the whole interior and exterior of my home. Bridgette was unflappable and did a fantastic job of ensuring we were prioritizing long lead time items over short, focusing on the big picture while making sure the details were not forgotten and had an overall beautiful aesthetic sense. As I approached my whole house refresh I was seeking interior design guidance and from my first phone consultation with Bridgette I knew I had the right team in my corner! Bridgette and Priyanka were responsive, creative, encouraging, professional, resourceful and a great value add! I can't say enough positive things about working with them. They supported me in every selection area from flooring, interior paint color selection, wallpaper, furniture, artwork, lighting, textures, cabinetry design & selection, and original designs for a room divider and bar! My refresh turned out exactly how I had envisioned - even though I couldn't tell Bridgette what my vision was in that first convo! Bridgette designed my new kitchen. She was great to work with. Her design gave me so much more space to work in. The layout is amazing. She responded quickly to my questions. She was able to recommend some talented subcontractors that did excellent work. I would highly recommend her.

Bridgette transformed our old, dark bathroom into a bright and beautiful space. She is great at presenting creative ideas for the layout of a room, and has a wonderful ability to select materials and colors that look lovely together. I really appreciated how she responded promptly and clearly to any questions or concerns throughout the project. I can't say enough good things about BDC! Bridgette walked us through our entire remodel of our Kitchen, Living, Dinning and half bath. She helped us pick every component and walked us through the process. She was pleasant and easy to work with. She turned our 70's era kitchen/home into a stunning modern house and completely changed the feel and foot print of our home. Our 1970s home needed a bathroom remodel after damage from a water leak and the subsequent repair. My wife and I are not at all good at interior design, and we faced the project with quite a bit of anxiety. On a friend's recommendation, we engaged Bridgette Bennett to advise us on the design (primarily a new vanity, and new tile floor). She and her colleague Priyanka Aggarwal were friendly, efficient, and very effective as they worked with us and made their recommendations. This was especially noteworthy, because it was not a particularly big project, and one might have imagined that they wouldn't devote much effort to it. The cost for their services was very reasonable. I should add that they also recommended a general contractor for the project. We were extremely happy with him, too. The results of the remodel were great, and we unreservedly recommend Bennett Design.
