Beth Webb Interiors

We purchased a $2000 one day consultation with Beth through the Atlanta Ballet Auction. However in the course of interacting with her office to make an appointment for the consultation they have been completely unprofessional. Initially it started well - we were offered an appointment on April 3rd which we agreed to. Then they called again to offer an earlier appointment which another client had cancelled. We took that appointment as well which was on March 26th. At this point things started to go downhill. One of her assistant's called to say another client wanted the March 21st appointment back and that they had given our original April 3rd appointment to another client, so we would have to be pushed back to April 10th. This was not acceptable to us. An appointment should be an appointment - it shouldn't be rescheduled at the whim of another client. A client is a client - and an appointment with us should be as sacrosanct as an appointment with another client regardless of whether that client has done more business with Beth Webb Interiors. Further it was virtually impossible to discuss the issue with them. We called the office, and they said Beth would call us back. It took a couple of weeks to get hold of her. I understand she is busy, but calling a client to solve a scheduling issue shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Failing to respond like this is completely unprofessional. In the end she refunded us our money (well actually our bid of $500 not the value of the $2000 consultation we purchased). There was no compensation for wasting a month of our time. She took over 2 weeks after promising to send the check to actually send it. We had to call back multiple times to get the check sent. And she spelt my name wrong on the check - probably as a deliberate insult. These people have no class and they are totally unprofessional. It would be a mistake to do business with Beth Webb.

I've had the honor of working with Beth Webb throughout the majority of my career as an Architect. Her sensibility to good design are an asset to any project. She can see a space's greatest potential with a natural ease that very few possess. When she is a part of our design team, I have great confidence in what our client is going to get......a beautiful home with thoughtful spaces.

It is really unnecessary for me to give Beth a review... Her many accolades and achievements speak volumes. I can personally say she has been a kind mentor and friend to me and my business. Simply said, Beth is the best!

So much style, you can't even figure out how to throw her a curve ball. Beth never lost site of function and budget. It would be a pleasure to work with her again.
