It's been our absolute pleasure to work with Beverly Bradshaw on three remodels. We are always impressed with her sense of style and attention to detail. All three remodels are beautiful--and functional. Bev encourages us to take design risks--and steers us away from making mistakes. She is respectful of budgets and is masterful at balancing the tastes and concerns of the clients. She is committed to working with "only the best" contractors and vendors. And, if anything isn't right, she makes sure it's done correctly. We are planning two more remodels and she'll be the one I call to help.

So glad we worked with Beverly. We were looking for the "wow" factor, and are amazed at what we achieved. We love the end results. Both our living room and family room have completely changed. Beautiful, comfortable, functional and artistic. From help with paint color, to rugs and furniture, Beverly has a tremendous eye for color and design.

I have worked with Beverly two different times on two different homes and highly recommend her professionalism, and designer eye. She is great with pulling different things together to fit within a greater overall context and to make it interesting and different so that the look you get doesn't feel formulaic.

I worked with Bev on my custom home I built for my family in Seattle. Bev understood the look we wanted, traditional French, and gave us finishes and materials to choose from that were very specific to us allowing us to choose between designs that were either awesome or totally awesome for what we wanted. She spent enough time upfront attempting to understand us and what we wanted so that the process was really time efficient and we ended up very happy with everything in our new home. Bev is particularly talented with colors, lighting, kitchens and bathrooms. We would definitely work with Bev again and she was patient and understanding with us when our lives were busy and crazy during our construction and eventual move into our new house. Bev is first and foremost an artist...but unlike many artists Bev has the structure and organization to deliver upon the expectations that clients have for professionalism. I believe her influence improved the value of our home because her selections exude class and sophistication. I can't imagine a scenario in which a client would be unhappy with Bev's work from top to bottom.

Bev is terrific. She put together a formal living room, dining room, and a tricky space in a small family room that we are so pleased with. Bev excelled at reading our tastes and choosing items that worked well together AND both my husband and I loved. It's not always easy working with two people who have two different opinion about things and Bev did it so effortlessly. Both my husband and I felt that our opinions were heard and listened to, and Bev came back with some beautiful items that all worked together.

Beverly was a real pleasure to work with. She was professional, and always patient with my ideas, questions, and concerns. She envisioned a better version of the design I wanted to create, and guided my decisions through all the details. She also has a talented group of collaborators. I can highly recommend Beverly Bradshaw for all of your design needs.

Beverly is very talented designer. She offered us some very great and practical advice, we wouldn't known without her. She created an extra bedroom space in the place that wasn't functional before. She helped us reorganize our basement and we are loving it..before we were never used this space as it just wasn't functional. She is very detailed oriented person and very resourceful. She was always on time with us (we live across the water from Seattle so it required a ferry ride every time). She is a great listener and worked hard to combine my style of more feminine choices with my husband more rustic and masculine choices. And it was not easy because we are both leaders and what things our way so she was a lovely peacemaker between us...and she made us both happy. One concern that I had was that our project went way over our budget and NOBODY knows prices in these fancy design centers, which was very frustrating for us. So I would be more careful and make sure to ask pricing when going to place like the Design Center in Seattle, unless you have unlimited budget. It was our first project (complete remodel) so we honestly didn't know what to expect and should have been much more direct about budget...I believe if we would have done that, Beverly would have worked with whatever budget we gave her. The problem is...my husband and I have expensive taste I guess! :) In summary, I would strongly recommend Beverly if you want to create a unique and practical home. Her creativity is limitless. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Fantastic! We were inspired to hire Bev after seeing her design work on Houzz. We hired her after our project had already been started. Bev's ability to understand our style and vision for our home was followed by us staying on task, incorporating beautiful design work and selections, and now a lovely home. Highly recommended.

Bev is a wonder and made our kitchen remodel easy. She designed multiple options and picked up multiple sets of finishings for us us to consider. In addition, Bev allowed us to self-direct our hours with her, which was significant to us as we dealt with a strict budget. She is generous, fun, gifted and saw opportunities in our house that never occurred to us.

My review is very much overdue, but better late than never! Last summer my husband and I started work on a full kitchen remodel and aesthetic updates to most of the rooms on the main floor of our 1927 tudor. We had a pretty strong point of view for how we anticipated the project to come out, but we were having a challenge with finding the right tile, perfect paint color and the list goes on… We soon realized that for our vision to become a reality we were going to need a designer. We met with Beverly and reviewed some of her work on Houzz. She was so laid back and excited about helping us deliver on that vision. She pushed us out of our comfort zone in the least pushy way possible. She really cared about our space being practical (aka not pushing marble counter tops). It was shocking that so many of the designers we spoke with pushed marble counter tops even though we drink red wine, are planning on having kids soon, and actually cook in our kitchen. Some of our FAVORITE features of our kitchen we would have never found without her…the BEST quartz counter top, beautiful back splash, and copper accents. We continue to tap on Beverly for ongoing design questions. Especially around color, art and creative ways to address unique spaces.
