Laura is so nice to work with. She is full of great ideas for your home but she also really listens to any ideas you have for your home and helps implement them in a beautiful way. She is wonderful at helping you make your home into a representation of you and your life. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, passionate, upbeat, and kind. I would highly recommend Laura.

Laura Micallef of Blue Poppy Design assisted us over a 3 month period in sprucing up our living/dining rooms. She came into our home with enthusiasm and incorporated our current furnishings and artwork (which needed framing), told us what really didn't fit, suggested new additions. She has a great eye for the details of accessories....lamps, chandelier, pillows, fabrics, upholstery, and those "extra" touches which speak of "someone really put thought into how all this goes together". We enjoy the re-do so very much.....a great enticement to do more entertaining....Laura was timely, organized, communicated very well with us and kept our budget in mind as she suggested changes.....she is a pleasure to work with and really listened to the differing desires of my husband and me throughout the process. I have worked with Laura on several renovation projects in my home including; the kitchen, the master bathroom and closet, the laundry room, and the backyard. She is always polite and professional-on time which means a lot to me as I work from home. Her design and color sense especially with paint and fabric is wonderful. Laura assisted me with selecting paint colors for my home. She has a great understanding of the different hues and how they will look in a large space. My ceilings are vaulted and the task was overwhelming. My formal room looks amazing! She also selected art and furniture styles for me and now my room looks fantastic. She is very talented in kitchen and bath design and I would highly recommend her services.
