My Hisband and I had just bought a new home and we have always wanted a fireplace but it was the one thing that was missing from our new home. We figured "oh it'll be an easy DIY project for the weekend". Boy were we wrong. We couldn't agree on anything we also had no idea what we were doing. Many a trip to just about every hardware store in town, magazines and blogs for inspiration but we just couldn't seem to figure it out. This is when we found Brandelyn and my god I should basically thank her for not only doing an amazing job on our project but saving our marriage from disaster. She was so helpful in getting us both on the same page and giving us great guidance on what we should be doing. So no longer running blindly we had this angel give us some insight. Brandelyn was beyond pleasant to work with. I always avoided designers as I felt they would come across pushy and "know it all" like but that was not our experience with her at all. I couldn't be more then pleased with the end results and can't wait for the snow to melt so that she can help us with the. I'd put that is our backyard. I can't say enough good things and would recommend her to anyone who asked or didn't haha.

Brandelyn came up with the perfect design concept for my newly acquired office space, The Manhattan Studio, after meeting me for only a brief period of time. She is the perfect designer for the busy professional that needs people who can just know what they want, and make it happen. The results exceeded my expectation in every way. From the color scheme to the furniture, everything was very me!.... She created a work environment that blended comfort with modern style. I have worked with Brandelyn on numerous occasions as a General Contractor and she has always made my job very easy. Her knowledge of products and where to find them with her enthusiasm and organization made any project a pleasant experience with a positive outcome. I was introduced to Brandelyn's work through a friend and saw the transformation of an older (late 1950s- early1960s) waterfront house into a stylish modern design. Respectful of the potential waterfront view and sunlight opportunities, she designed an interior that included more windows and natural lighting, materials and features complimentary to the views and the nature around this property. An approach that was "eco-friendly" was also top of mind for this renovation. I have a suburban condo that needs work on a new kitchen and 2 washrooms. I will be using contracting Brandelyn to help as I make upgrade decisions. Timeline is spring of 2014. Joe H.
