I have worked with Brian on several projects over the last few years, this is my review of Brian Dittmar Design. A customer oriented design firm based in San Francisco, Brian Dittmar Design creates refreshing spaces with artistic cohesion and modern flair. We have provided painted finishes for Brian and his clients on several occasion. It has always been a creative, collaborative, professional, and all around pleasant experience. Brian has a wonderful eye, really listens to his clients and colleagues, and is highly organized. As a colleague/vendor, you cannot ask for more! We will always make time for Brian and his projects.

We've had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Brian Dittmar Design over the past several years. As a showroom that sees many interior design professionals everyday, Brian Dittmar Design stands out from the rest with their high end design style that meets many budgets, along with prompt follow through and customer service. Our last collaboration together resulted in a beautiful fireplace mantel installation in a San Francisco Bay Area residence. The mantel was created from sculpted steel, and began simply as an idea on a sketch pad from Brian, and was fabricated into reality in a lovely fired copper finish. We look forward to assisting in the next big project for Brian Dittmar Design.

We hired Brian as the designer for a huge renovation of our house in Duboce Triangle. It was a major project involving an architect, contractor, and Brian. Brian was invaluable in helping us create a vision for the house, from every detail: color choices, tile, carpet, window furnishings, etc. He has a great eye and was able to execute our vision for the house and to offer great suggestions when we lacked vision. In a few cases, we ended up with bold choices we would have never thought of. He knew just when to push our comfort level (and when not to) and we are very glad we went with the bolder design elements he suggested. Brian has such a calm energy and is one of the most professional people I've ever worked with. Ever major renovation is stressful, and Brian helped keep things sane. In fact, in a few cases, he went above and beyond and really helped keep the project on track. I would most highly recommend Brian.

We've had the pleasure to meet Brian via the SF Decorator Showhouse. Brian is the quintessential gentleman of design in San Francisco. Collaborating with Brian on design is such a joy. His creative way of putting together furniture, lamps, objects, fabric and art is flawless. Brian thinks of every details. And it shows. We've been enjoying very much knowing Brian and collaborating with him over the years.

I have had the chance to work with Brian on many projects including remodel work, kitchens, baths and exterior residential work in San Francisco and Marin. Brian is a consummate professional who is responsive and communicative and provides detail information and drawings. Brian thinks about creative solutions and maintains the interests of his clients. We look forward to working with Brian on more projects in the future.

Brian Dittmar is an exceptional designer/decorator. We have used him to redesign and remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, living room and even our downstairs/basement laundry room on three separate occasions. He has a knack for understanding and interpreting our tastes and life style so the end results have been outstanding and way beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever. He makes the process of remodeling and redesigning a space seamless and, at least in our case, without any major problems. He worked well with the contractors we used and saved an enormous amount of time by providing choices in color and style in cabinetry, furniture and lighting. Plus, his services are very reasonable in terms of price. In a word, he's fantastic.

Brian provided design services on a kitchen and bath remodel. We could not be happier with the results or the process working with him. At a basic level we would have made a couple of big mistakes in terms of function. Both the kitchen and the bath couldn't be more beautiful and in line with our dreams. Brian helped us spend money in the right places, and save in the right places. Brian was also great with our contractor.

Brian Dittmar is so lovely to work with. He is collaborative and easygoing and creative. I enjoyed the process from start to finish and love our living room, dining room, kitchen, and hall/entry. I highly recommend him!
