They have worked with us in 3 office locations, and are currently working with us on a new concept for an updated interior in our current office. By Design provides full services, from design and development to organizing contractor bids as well as managing the timeline of the project from inception to finish. The By Design team is very easy to work with and is always responsive to our needs. They do a great job at bringing our ideas to life, as well as providing us with new ideas.

This company was hired to do the interior design of the entire house and to ensure it was magazine ready! They did an excellent job! They captured everything that I wanted and more. I found them be extremely patient, understanding and completely dedicated to the job. They handled the entire project from design board to ordering and finally staging of the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a magazine ready design. The principles which were Jill and Patti and the entire staff were a joy to work with.

We hired By design to redesign and renovate our apartment and could not be more pleased with the "Stunning " finished product. Jill handled everything including trades and contractors as we were often off. Island for extended periods. We had very specific "wants", and she always came through from the automation to the rugs. We are truly appreciative.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & AMAZING DESIGNS!! Designers are very knowledgeable and is very current with new technologies and well versed in complex designs that can suit any space! They go above and beyond to ensure all relevant information required for the contractor is detailed and given to ensure minimal issues when the project does commence. This is one of, if not the best Interior Designer outfit on the island, as they strive to provide very fresh designs and provide logical thinking in their designs. The entire office is very friendly, communicative and extremely helpful... Just fantastic to deal with! As a professional in the industry, it is always a pleasure to work with this design outfit as they always have an non-adversarial approach in all their dealings to ensure top class service to all clientele. I would and do recommend this outfit for all interior design needs; regardless of size or scope of the project.

We redecorated and redesigned our living room, dining room, and bar/entry way. Beautifully designed hand painted millwork was installed around the fireplaces in the living room and dining room, and a new bar created. New furniture was incorporated with some existing pieces, new lighting was installed and new soft furnishings were created. I would highly recommend this professional to others. We are very pleased with all that was done.

Jill’s knowledge and expertise is at a pinnacle of her profession as Interior Designer. Her attention to detail, professionalism and the ability to really listen to her clients is commendable. By Design Partner Jill Henneberger came up with a fabulous design for the complete renovation of a 1970s era apartment located in Bermuda. Jill went on to manage all aspects of the renovation project from advising on the selection of a general contractor with the necessary skills and experience to undertake such a significant renovation through to sourcing product, managing the budget and ensuring site meetings were efficient and timely. It simply would not have been possible to achieve such a high quality creative and functional outcome without Jill and By Design. We have been so happy with the work of Jill and By Design we have already recommended that team to our friends thinking of undertaking renovations.. A first class job by a first class professional.

We originally hired this firm to assist us with the final structural design work and design / furnishing of a home we purchased in Bermuda. Being on salt water we had unique requirements for durability, maintaining views, and selection of materials , both inside and outside. The firm did such a good / creative job of working on interior layouts to take advantage of the Harbour views; and also designed magnificent custom millwork options that made every room pop...that we decided to make the two firm partners our on-island construction site managers. Their responsibility here was to meet regularly with the general contractor to ensure both quality construction and compliance with the building plans. This both saved us many trips to Bermuda and also yielded a superb final product. We continue to use the firm for ongoing changes / updates and to recommend it to our friends both in Bermuda and around the world. The firm is both highly experienced and a pleasure to work with !
