A proud alumnus of Howard University, Lamont's career trajectory initially meandered through hospitality sales and marketing, culminating in the inception of Rite At Home in 2012. His commitment to societal betterment is evident in his roles on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together Atlanta and as the chairperson for the Adamsville Business and Community Partnership.
