Loved working with Caitlin on my remodel of my home! I was referred to her by a mutual friend and I was so pleased our planets aligned for her to have the time for our project! We worked and collaborated so well together! Her contractor she referrred also worked well in partnership with all of us! Grateful for her style and knowledge! We are so happy with all the design and selections!!

A neighbor recently came over to see our remodel and asked me what I would change or do different. I thought for a minute and then truthfully answered…nothing! I love my home! And that’s truly thanks to Caitlin. Caitlin has a great eye and did an amazing job of listening to what my husband and I wanted (two very different opinions) and finding a way to blend our ideas for the best possible outcome. She is down to earth and put us both at ease about all the decisions we were making along the way. We brought her onto our project when we realized our contractor couldn’t help with many of the decisions that needed to be made. She eased in so easily and got us on track. Caitlin helped us with planning the layout of our entryway, kitchen, powder bath, laundry area, and our living/dining areas. We relied on Caitlin for guidance on everything from finishes to furnishings. My husband was hesitant about paying for a designer, but Caitlin saved us from making costly mistakes and being unhappy with the finished product. We would hire Caitlin again in a heartbeat!

I couldn't be happier with Caitlin! She helped us with a whole house renovation. She sourced all of our materials, contractors, and gave us options based on inspiration I showed her. She provided full mock ups of our house so we could see exactly how everything would look before the work even started. She had so many ideas I would have never even thought out. She is very thorough, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to work with.

Remodeling your home can be completely overwhelming. I was so blessed to have Caitlin design my dream home. She is so talented and listened to what I wanted and made it a reality. If you get an opportunity to work with her you are very lucky!

We did a complete house remodel during the summer and of all the decisions we had to make for it, hiring Caitlin was THE BEST one we made by far. My wife and I were already familiar and loved her work, so with some initial general overall direction we pretty much let her have freewill to create our dream home and ended up created something really special. Because we were moving into an empty house with nothing but the clothes on our backs we hired CSID for everything she had to offer: from initial designing and outsourcing/working with vendors to picking/purchasing furniture and fixtures. She really took care of everything from start to finish, just the stress relief she provided for us was worth the fee alone! Caitlin's attention to detail and knowledge of proper house design etiquette is second to none. Her professionalism always made sure our house project was done on a timely manner and, most importantly, within our budget! Needless to say, these clients are very happy ones.

My husband and I just completed a significant remodel with addition and having gone through this before, we realized to get the home we would love we needed a Designer. We chose Caitlyn, and could not be happier with the end result. In our initial meeting we spoke about the importance that our home be warm and inviting, and Caitlyn delivered. We brought Caitlyn in during the architectural phase of the project to help us get the design features she could provide, she also did a rendering so we could truly visualize our home. Caitlyn stuck to the plan, and was great at narrowing down product selection, managing within our budget, and never compromising on style. Having done this before there are thousands of decisions to be made, having Caitlyn be our Designer she took on the majority of these, making the project almost stress free. I can not say enough good things about Cait Sourapas Design! I went to her with the desire to bring some color and life to my old 1930's home and she did that and so much more. She makes the process very easy by guiding you through choices and picking out items that I do not have the eye, time, or talent to pick out. Cait made the process of remodeling enjoyable which is crazy to say since it is usually a stressful time. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Caitlin! She has incredibly great taste, she listens to her clients and boy does she deliver. It is actually hard to put in to words just how happy I am with her. She made my house so unbelievably beautiful. People gasp when they walk in to my house. I am her forever client. I just had a consultation with Cait today. I'm so glad I sought her out. She was very accommodating with scheduling around my work hours. And she was extremely astute in understanding the issues we have with finding a color scheme that works with our existing traditional warm fixtures (that we aren't ready to overhaul yet), even though we yearn for a more neutral modern look. She picked the winning paint color for our master bedroom walls that I'm sure will work out great! Cait did an excellent job of providing on the spot ideas and solutions for a myriad of design, color, and functionality issues our home has in its current state.
