Not only did she manage the architectural design of an amazing new luxury boathouse on Lake Rosseau, she diligently researched every single product used for construction materials, decking, windows & doors and all the interior finishes, all durable and long lasting through our Canadian seasons. Her advance planning and project management are impeccable. What a success! This is a beautiful and tastefully designed boathouse, a real gem on the lake. What's next . . . a new amazing cottage?

Sylvia is a true professional with a big heart as well! She cares deeply for her clients and goes over and beyond what she's actually being paid for. Case in point, when she came to work on my mother's new house. My mother is a minimalist which is quite rare for a senior and Sylvia listened to what she wanted and delivered! Sylvia is a true artist and professional, with style and design that runs through her veins. Sylvia stayed with us for a few days during her visit to Connecticut, after we newly moved into our condo. Before we realized it ourselves, she quickly evaluated that we were facing a downsizing issue, even though we were moving from a one-bedroom to another one-bedroom apartment. She gave us many helpful tips, and the most crucial suggestion that has changed our lives and made our small home living functional and stylish. We got rid of several shelving units, opted out of a dining table, and instead installed a cabinet and countertop which serves as our dining area, food prep area (we have a tiny kitchen), and work space, all while providing a huge amount of storage space. Our place is also great for entertaining, and we've gotten so many compliments from friends and other owners and tenants in our building for the novel use of this space. Sylvia did a tremendous job in designing and outfitting my 700sq ft condo in Oakville. From inception to completion, every detail and square inch was accounted for. The goal for this project was to maximize the space, while keeping it functional and elegant. Sylvia was very mindful of my style/preferences as it pertained to decor options, and she would always present multiple options at various price points, and explained how each would affect the overall finished product. Sylvia saw the project through to completion to the point where after everything was delivered, she even provided a white glove service to ensure that the space was executed according to the initial design. There were no surprises or derailments throughout the project. This was crucial, especially considering the amount of vendors that were used for all of the furnishings and accents. The project was completed on-time without any lingering issues and she shared in my sense of urgency in having the project completed quickly.

We initially met Sylvia during the process of preparing our home for sale in the spring market. Her enthusiastic approach to staging is amazing as she looks at big picture and drills down to the tiny details in every room/area presented. The outcome of her recommendations definitely helped to sell the house within a week. We were so impressed by Sylvia's ability to work with us that we decided to book her services for the new house, where we required significant help in selecting paint colours throughout and furnishing a large dining room from scratch. Her design sense and knowledge of manufacturers is excellent and she is mindful of working within budget. The "roll up the sleeves and get at it" attitude is infectious. We love what Sylvia recommended for the dining table and chairs, buffet hutch, mirror, chandelier and lamps. As do our family and friends! We didn't want to "buy off the shelf" so through her contacts, we were able to customize design and size of table, wood stain, chair fabric, trim and hardware. All accomplished in budget and on time!

Ms.Bosanac redesigned my awkward master ensuite and walk in closet. She reconfigured the space making it much more practical. The cabinetry was exceptional and I loved her marble selections! She came in under budget and supervised the entire job without a glitch. My husband and I were thrilled with the outcome.
