Carlos Miranda is an extremely talented professional, his tasteful style and complete vision is admirable. We hired Carlos for major renovation projects, twice, and were impressed with the results every time. So do all our visitors. We have remodeled 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms in 2 different apartments. I hired Carlos Miranda as the principal designer to help us manage our full-scale renovation project. We decided to gut the property and transform it by putting in new everything---kitchen, bathroom, flooring, fixtures, custom furniture, etc. Carlos was our best investment; he not only selected the materials to be used but also managed the entire renovation project with our contractor from beginning to end while we were abroad. We put all our trust and confidence in him, which removed a lot of the unnecessary stress of remodeling a home! Carlos was great to work with, always communicating with us in a professional manner. Ever watch a renovation show and think yourself “I want one of those fancy schmancy rooms?” Well I have and I am woman enough to admit that I don’t have the talent to make that happen without any professional help! When we bought our family home I knew I couldn’t make it look the way I wanted without guidance. A quick search online led me to Carlos Miranda Design. After an initial consultation I immediately knew that I wanted to work with Carlos. We just hit it off. His taste is impeccable. He has an eye for seeing the beauty in objects that I would normally just walk past. Carlos respected my budget limitations, advising me to spend money on objects that would have the most impact and save on items that just looked like I blew the budget. He is just as comfortable shopping in high-end stores as he is hitting Home Sense to find some good deals. I appreciated that a lot. He is generous with his time and never pressures you to buy things that you are not 100% happy with. I was so pleased with Carlos that I got him to do my best friends living room as a birthday present. Now my friend loves him too! We actually can’t go to Home Sense without saying : “Is this Carlos approved?” I’m so happy to have meet Carlos. I feel I’ve had the privilege to work with a great designer and made a lifelong friend in the process.
