Carole has taken care of all of my interior design needs for the last 13 years. She is an exceptional individual who can find the perfect pieces, choose all the right furnishings as well as design and oversee necessary alterations and restorations. She takes care of all sub contractors and deliveries and the whole process is stress free and efficient. People always comment of how amazing my home looks. Completely renovating and decorating a 120-year-old brownstone in Chicago ten years ago--an adventure/trial for which I was woefully unprepared--I am very grateful that Carole Post was our interior design professional. She thoroughly knows the resources in Chicago. Because she actually listens to her clients, offering viable options and advise along the way, she honed in on what I expected from the project. Her excellent taste and obvious experience guided me through some daunting decisions, but at no time did she impose her own vision on me. She is also the client's advocate. Her acute attention to detail caught flaws in some pieces of custom furniture which, without her, I could have overlooked, and she managed all returns/complaints.
