Caroline's Designs

My name is Caroline Payne, an interior designer and graduate from The Interior Design Institute with advanced modules in kitchen & bath design. I was previously in business management for many years, but have always had a passion for interior design. Like everyone, I soaked up all the interior design shows on HGTV. I have personally been through the process of building two new homes and in the process of designing a third with the build on the horizon. After I graduated The Interior Design Institute, I worked for Lowe’s Home Improvement of Madison, AL as their Kitchen & Bath Designer for three years. I have also designed offices, craft rooms, laundry rooms and even a garage. I was recruited by La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries of Huntsville, AL and worked there two years as their Store Designer. Over the past five years, I have worked with many clients on remodels, spatial planning for new homes, as well as redecorating their existing homes. What I enjoy most about my job is really tapping into my client’s vision of the space they want to change in their home. I not only want to make it aesthetically beautiful, but also functional for the entire family. I love seeing my client’s excitement on delivery day when their vision unfolds before their eyes.
