I discovered Casabella in a magazine ad over six years ago and drove over to visit their shop on Cape Cod. I absolutely fell in love the minute I walked in the door and filed them away for future design plans. Years later, when we started work on a three-story, 6,500 square foot concept-to-build home, I immediately reached out to Casabella because I knew they were busy. I desperately wanted their interior design services so I got on their radar early. It was the best move I made. I just felt so comfortable with all of them, and well cared for. The design team delivered more than I could have dreamed—every single night I say to my husband, “I can’t believe this is ours!” Each room has original and distinct pieces and yet the entire home flows together so well. We wanted to create a home that could accommodate our growing family and wanted it to feel welcoming and understated with a focus on comfort and ease of living. Michele and the design team managed to give it that “wow” factor and it’s still very inviting. Every room draws you in and makes you want to stay. The design details just continue to thrill me, right down to the roman shade in my laundry room, which is not exactly a glamorous place. One day while doing laundry I realized when the sun came in it illuminated little glass beads in the shade’s fabric giving it a gentle twinkle. We live near the water but I didn’t want a coastal vibe. They did a superior job of honoring our location with color choices without making it feel beachy. A few times I stepped outside my comfort zone, per their suggestion, and the result was always amazing. They pivoted so well based on my input and they didn’t skip a beat when Covid hit. When certain items were delayed, they had alternatives and every single time I liked the alternative more than then original. I never felt like I settled for a second choice. I also loved being able to visit the shop and actually sit and experience some of the furniture pieces before making a decision. The entire design team were all so responsive and always made themselves available whether by phone, email or text. I would easily give them a five star rating but Casabella’s design team deserves a ten…there aren’t enough stars, honestly. The whole experience of working with Casabella was not at all stressful, in fact, it was really enjoyable. I am glad not all of the furniture is in because I don’t want it to be over yet.

I discovered Casabella on Houzz while researching designers to work with us on our new home in Cape Cod. The beach house they designed was voted Best in Class, and I loved what they did, so I visited their website and decided to reach out. We needed Casabella to completely reimagine our master bedroom, master bathroom, master sitting area and basement. Most importantly, we have young children and we really wanted to make our bedroom space that felt like a sanctuary—Casabella absolutely did that for us. Michele and the Casabella team spent time getting to know us and working to understand what it was we wanted which made the process so much easier. We were completely gutting each space and so we asked Michele to give us three options for redesigning things from top to bottom. She and the team listened so well and they took care of everything from installing new double sinks, and a new shower, to new tile and lighting fixtures. The master bedroom sitting area was completely refurnished and Casabella conceived a really cool design that features cloth wallpaper. Now, everything flows nicely and when we come inside we feel like we are at home. They also kept everything within budget. In our basement Casabella gave the entire space new life. Everything they did, from lighting to furnishings, made it homier, and a place you want to spend time in. Casabella’s attention to detail is really what blew us away—there were so many little things they added or considered that we would never have thought to do. Furnishings like the ottoman they designed for our sitting area—it’s not an item you would ever find in a store. It’s large, and rolls on wheels and flows perfectly with the space. In my office they placed several picture frames that have tree roots on them—they are just so cool and when I am on zoom calls people always ask me where I got them. The new bathroom tile is one of our favorite things, and it was definitely a choice we would not have made. Michele and her team took us a bit out of our comfort zone but we trusted them completely and the results have been amazing. We are just so happy and pleased with the final look and feel in every room. We really enjoyed working with Michele and her Casabella team. Anytime I called them with an issue, big or small, they responded immediately. In fact, the greatest thing I can say about Casabella is that we plan to hire them again. If I could give Michele and the Casabella team ten stars I would. Our experience with them was exceptional, from start to finish they were professional, lovely to work with, and delivered on everything they promised. My husband and I met with Michele after our builder recommended Casabella. We were starting from scratch on a design-to-build new construction 3600 square foot townhome. We spent thirty minutes with Michele discussing our vision for the project and we just clicked—she understood what we wanted and we felt good about leaving the project in her hands. I’ve worked with designers before, and those were certainly good experiences but the difference in working with Casabella is that we let them take this project all the way to the finish line and beyond. We were living in another state during most of the process so we had to depend on Casabella to manage all of it. They sourced everything for us, from furniture and artwork to sheets and dishtowels. To be honest, allowing them to manage the experience on every level was hard at first. I was convinced that there would be many items that I would not like and would need to return, but they nailed everything, even the artwork! It is impossible to select artwork for someone else, and yet, they did it. We’ve been in the house for ten days and the house is beyond sensational. Everyone that walks through is just blown away. It’s not over-decorated, and everything flows so beautifully from room to room; the colors, fabrics, and the look and feel--it’s just perfect. It’s not just the look, it’s the personalization. Michele and the Casabella team are specialists in personalizing spaces. At the big reveal, we found monogrammed robes in our bedroom. The most amazing thing was the bunk room where the main wall was painted with four life-size rulers, each one personalized with the names of our grandchildren–that was so beyond our expectations. I could share ten more stories just like that. It is really astonishing when you consider that we were living out of state during the entire design process—but Michele and Shannon would confer with us via Zoom. During those meetings everything was very professional and sophisticated. She came prepared with renderings of each room accompanied by specialized packets with samples, colors and swatches she would send to us in the mail. We literally turned the keys over to Casabella and we made the right decision in doing that. The entire Casabella team is just so upbeat, and enthusiastic. It’s clear they love what they do. I couldn’t work with anyone else at this point. It was the most stress-free, painless experience, and it was during a pandemic with supply chain issues. Everything they promised to us happened. We have friends who are still waiting on furnishings—ten months in. If you are lucky enough to work with everyone at Casabella—hand them the keys, walk away, relax and let them get to it, you’ll be thrilled with the final product.

I’ve been working with Michele and the Casabella team for almost two years as we designed spaces room by room in my house. I actually discovered Casabella when I dropped into their shop on Cape Cod. On my first visit, when I walked into the store it was just perfect. Everything was so beautiful and they have items, from furniture to pillows, that you won’t find anywhere else. I ended up buying everything for my entire sunroom off the floor and they helped me put it all together. It was a breeze and I got to take everything home that day. From there, things evolved. I designed my house room by room, little by little because I did have some of my own pieces I wanted to incorporate. Much of this was during Covid so I would send measurements and pictures to Casabella and they would send me ideas. I would make a decision and drive over and pick up the items—the whole experience was really perfect. I always feel that I am their only client, you get their undivided attention, and they work with your ideas. The entire team is so professional, organized, responsive and knowledgeable. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in what they do—they care and they listen. Over the past 18 months, they have come to really know my style. Everything is very high-touch—we had window treatments being installed and there was a small piece missing. I would have been fine waiting a few days for it but Michele got in her car and made the 45-minute drive to deliver the piece. They always kept me up to date on late and backordered things during Covid –and gave me other options, which I really appreciated. The little details are what I love most, things like the tiny baby shells embroidered on the fringe of my window treatments. Everyone compliments them; it’s such a special little touch. The room still feels so cozy but ‘s also sophisticated--that’s hard to do. I set out to update my home’s interiors slowly because it gave me time to understand what I needed and I like being involved every step of the way. Going through the process with Casabella made the whole experience so pleasant, I wouldn’t do it any other way--and the best part was being able to come home with the items immediately.

I met Michele, Casabella’s founder, through Susan, a mutual friend of ours. I had seen her work in Susan’s home and loved it. When I was ready to redo the living room and dining room of our home—a traditional French Country house that my husband and I built thirty years ago— I wanted help updating both spaces. We chose them not just because they came highly recommended, but also because Casabella’s aesthetic fit our vision perfectly. When we met Beth, an interior designer at their Studio, we described our intention, a feeling more than a look: we wanted the rooms to feel calm, serene, and peaceful. Lots of cream and seafoam - a significant departure from the brighter colors we initially chose for the house back in the 90s. Beth is a knowledgeable and well-prepared professional - and it was fun reviewing her design plan. My husband is a builder, so we find the design process enjoyable. My favorite part was choosing fabrics -we reupholstered all the existing furniture in both rooms and also added new draperies. The pillows were especially fun to customize - so many different trims available. We also included a long hallway in our redesign; its open archways make it part of the room. We reupholstered the window seats there. In the dining room, we have a row of French doors that run the length of a wall. We used the same drapes from the living room to pull the look together. We also reupholstered the dining chairs. A Phillip Jeffries watercolor wallpaper my husband and I had chosen for the room beautifully complements Casabella’s design. We love these two rooms now and had a positive experience with Casabella. I would give them five stars.

My husband and I were seeking to downsize our current home in New York, and move closer to our country club. We found a house in the perfect location and decided to buy it—even though we never set foot in the house until we closed. After seeing it in person for the first time we knew it was going to be either a tear down or a complete gut job. We chose the latter. This house is a completely different style than our previous home and we thought it would be a good idea to hire a professional interior designer. My inspiration for our new home was more of a New England/Nantucket type feel so I started doing research. After searching the web and Pinterest for ideas and inspiration, I kept going back to a certain color scheme and style interiors that were designed by Casabella. I went to their website and was delighted to discover that I could potentially hire them. So I made a phone call and described the scope of the work. The rest is history! Michele, owner of Casabella, and Shannon, interior designer, and I fit like a glove! We needed to replace everything in this house. The simple remodel we initially thought turned into a massive 12 month project. They were involved in every aspect of this remodel/rebuild. They worked with our builder, our architect and team of contractors to custom design every inch of this 4,500 sq. ft. space. Michele and Shannon transformed this blank slate into our forever dream home! I was extremely involved in the selection process with them while they meticulously managed every detail of this project. Our first home was custom, so they knew I wanted another custom designed home that wasn’t like any other in the area, and boy did they deliver! Whether it was me or the builder calling, sometimes we spoke 5-6 times a day. Our contractors relied on them to provide unique resources that they didn’t have access to — like countertops, doors and railings. They even went so far as designing windows with a manufacture as we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. They also made a very impactful recommendation for our front porch roofline. They suggested creating an arch and a set of double doors for our entryway. They also recommended adding stone to the front exterior for another layer of dimension to the house. It's a much softer look. It's obvious today when I walk through our home how thoughtful they were about bringing the best out of each room with special details. I also love interior design and because I don’t put myself in a box, we had a lot of fun exploring different colors, textures, and styles. One example was the wide plank flooring that we imported from Italy. They also worked with the carpenters to design decorative ceilings that I so wanted in my home, like the coffered ceiling in the kitchen, decorative beams in our living room, and a hub and spoke ceiling in our sitting room. Our office had beautiful custom built-ins which didn’t leave a lot of wall space, so they added a Philip Jeffries wood veneer wallpaper to the ceiling that matched the color of the built-ins. Again, an amazing detail that brought color and texture to the space. They also used marble tile to create a piece of artwork over my pantry sink. Their cabinet maker crafted one of a kind built-ins and custom cabinetry in the kitchen, living room, wet bar, master bath and pantry. Whether it was finishing touches like pillows, rugs, and hardware or more prominent elements like furniture, tile, and the paint scheme, Michele and Shannon were highly organized and managed every last nuance of the project so I didn't have to worry about a thing! They nailed every last detail—and never missed a deadline—‑so it was clear that they have years of experience working remotely with clients. They also collaborated effortlessly with my contractors—which is no simple thing in a male-dominated industry. I appreciate how Michele and Shannon listened and understood my vision, but also brought years of expertise to the table. If something didn't sit right with her, Michele would revisit it until it was perfect. I will never forget the day of our big reveal! I was a bundle of nerves! This was now going to be our forever home and the time and energy that we all spent on this house just seemed overwhelming! But it felt like everything conspired to make this experience magical — which it was! The snow was falling lightly outside and my husband and I stepped through the front door to find candles burning softly, music playing and the magic of what Casabella did for us wrapped around us like a warm blanket! It was beautiful and it was home! Tears start flowing and everywhere we turned was more and more beautiful! They nailed it! In every way! The personal touches with pictures just meant so much! They poured their heart and soul into this project and we could see and feel it! What more could you ask for? An amazing experience with two amazing people! I couldn’t have had a better experience and can’t imagine working with anyone else!

As a busy executive, I'm out of the country a bit. So when I hired Casabella to decorate the new guest quarters in my second home, I needed someone to manage the entire project and keep it moving forward. They not only worked around my schedule, but they also coordinated every big and small detail. It made the process super easy. I trusted them with my vision, as well. Sometimes designers decorate a place the way they want, and they're not good listeners. So when they finish a project, you get a little too much of their style. Michele and her team were much more attuned to my needs. Since I was a regular at their shop, I knew I loved their aesthetic. They also carry one-of-a-kind things. Designers go to the same shows, so you tend to see things over and over again. Michele instinctively understands that no one wants a home that looks like someone else’s. I purchased a classic Cape shingle-style home and renovated the space over my 3-car garage – which included a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and gym. Casabella coordinated with my project manager and arranged to look at the new space – and get a sense of my style from the main house. I'm not a person who wants to go through a thousand fabric books – instead, I'm a let's-cut-to-the-quick decision-maker. So when I sat down for the design presentation with my nephew, I was excited they understood what I wanted and what the space was about for me. Because I loved everything they laid out – including furniture, rugs, fabrics, upholstery, shades—our discussion couldn't have gone smoother. I think we finished in about an hour. They pushed me out of my comfort zone with design elements I wouldn't have considered on my own – which I appreciate. I liked that I didn't have to think twice after making a decision. Casabella worked their magic and was super helpful in the way they took care of everything. I'm not at the house full-time, so when the reveal day arrived, I was amazed by how it all came together. They wove accessories (artwork, lamps, throws, etc.) throughout the space, so it felt custom finished. From the cushions and pillows in the banquet to the fabric shades with tailored accents to the linens on the bed, which set off the dramatic headboard, every inch of the space looked beautiful. When my guests comment on their design, they often say they've never seen the furnishings and accents before. That means a lot to me. I can't say enough good things about Michele and her team. I highly recommend Casabella!!

My family was in the middle of a major renovation of our Cape Cod vacation home when I found Casabella on Houzz. I was in Florida for the winter and needed to make some critical design decisions quickly. I knew that I was in over my head! After my husband and I looked through their portfolio and spoke with Michele, we were both happy and relieved Casabella was available to become our design partners. We converted our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath cape on a Harwichport harbor into a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home, and completely remodeled our kitchen. When our new rooms were down to the studs, Casabella came in and worked closely with our builder. They fine-tuned the plan, and we truly became a team. The construction part of the process was challenging. Our home is in a flood zone, so we needed to raise the entire structure. Hiring Casabella greatly reduced our stress levels by helping us through the selection process. During their design presentation, they understood our vision – a peaceful, but family-friendly retreat with lots of blues, grays, greens and tans. And as Michele would say, “bring the outside in.” The CAD drawings and layouts they provided helped us get a feel for what the new space would look like. From the larger details like the island layout, cabinetry, countertops, and tile to the smaller elements like lighting and fixtures, their help was invaluable in the kitchen remodel and addition. Their design selections for the bedrooms, family room and bathrooms (furniture, lighting, upholstery, rugs, window treatments, bedding, and artwork) were perfect. Picking paint colors isn’t one of my strong points, but thankfully, Casabella had a master plan for every wall. It came together beautifully. We came to trust them entirely and wound up hiring them to update the original rooms of the house and select our deck furniture. As a team, they were responsive and easy to work with. When I see the tiny seashell trim, finishing the bottom of one of our window treatments, it reminds me of all the ways their attention to details paid off. The other thing that sets them apart is their desire to please and make you happy. It comes from a genuinely caring place. For example, Michele found two unframed watercolors by a local artist stored in a closet and had them framed and hung in our master bedroom and bath. Turning our modest “cape with potential” into a real family home was exciting! It’s one thing to approve fabrics and furniture – and quite another to see our decisions come to life. I’m not a person who shows emotions easily, but the day of “the reveal,” I was so overwhelmed, I got teary. Everything was in its place down to the bed linens and accessories. It looked like a house out of a magazine. My husband and I were so thrilled; we even extended our stay. The most telling thing about their design work? We always feel sad when we have to leave.

My house on the Cape is a second home – I spend most of the year in California. My sister who lives near the Casabella shop recommended them to me. A traditional 2-story home with an open floor plan, I’ve had my house for ten years. I hired them to update the two rooms I spend the most time in on the main floor. Beth was my designer; she did a fabulous job working around my schedule. Whether it was making plans during my visits back east or communicating remotely, she was very easy to work with. The two rooms Casabella designed from scratch were the main living room and a small den/TV room which used to be a dining room. In addition to having a design that looked pulled together and coordinated, I wanted these spaces to be ultra-comfortable. A small thing, but very helpful: during one of my early trips to the showroom, I was able to sit in the chairs and couches she recommended to rate their comfort level and fit. Beth is an expert listener; she’s didn’t try to tell me what I should do. Instead, she wanted to understand how I used the space and how I wanted it to look and feel. In the main living room, there is a wall of windows with a view to a marsh. The design she came up with brought the beauty of the outdoors in with a soft green, gray, and beige color scheme. From window treatments to furniture to lamps to art, mirrors and rugs, I love how polished and cozy it feels now. We replaced the outdated deep rose painted walls of the old dining room with a pale grasscloth which couldn’t be lovelier. They also arranged to have the TV mounted on the wall during the installation which one less thing for me to worry about during that busy time. Beth kept the project moving forward – and managed all the details – which was no small thing given the time change. I’m only in Massachusetts a handful of times each year, and she worked around my trips, so I could be present when I needed to make vital decisions. Budget-wise, I appreciated that there were no surprises as she was transparent and upfront with me about communicating fees. I couldn’t be happier with the transformation. I highly recommend Casabella.

We’re undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation on a 10,000 square foot landmark property that sits above Cape Cod Bay. A custom Cape/Colonial hybrid home, it’s a real escape for our family. We interviewed 3-4 designers. We’d seen Casabella’s work online – and we were drawn to their clean, classic, and timeless look. Fifteen minutes into our conversation with Michele and Shannon, we knew we were going to work with them – it was just a relaxed, natural fit. For someone who has minimal time throughout the day, they made the process incredibly easy. I’m a quick decision maker and had a very clear idea of what I wanted – which included specific directions. What I appreciate about Casabella is that they didn’t try to force things on us that we weren’t keen on. Nor did they want to change our style or functional vision – they took it and made it work so that it would fit the space beautifully. Everything they suggested was pretty spot on. I wouldn’t change a thing. We’ve worked with designers in the past, and unfortunately, many of them try to make the space you’re living in like a museum. Picture perfect magazine quality, but you can’t live in it. We have four daughters under the age of 12, and we wanted this to feel like home — definitely a place where spills are not the end of the world. Casabella gave us that and so much more. Casual, elegant interiors with modern functionality. The best of both worlds. We initially commissioned them to renovate our master suite - including a bathroom tear down. They worked seamlessly with my property manager, and we wound up extending the project to a large open bridge foyer on the 2nd floor - which they made into a library, so the kids have an area to relax and read. The space is now outfitted with desks, shelves, and a corner sitting window. From new carpet to window treatments to accessories and artwork – they created a seamless flow from master to the foyer – and beyond (they also gave my office and the living room a refresh). For our outdoor projects (kitchen + outdoor living room), I gave them carte blanche to choose all the furniture. While adding décor throughout our home - they designed a collage of family photos that makes it feel warm and inviting. Their attention to detail and level of thoughtfulness was way beyond my expectations – it’s something I’ve not seen before. I feel spoiled now. We’ll continue to work with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My husband and I purchased a cottage right on the beach last year on the Cape. We live in Ohio, but we’re hoping to transition some of our time to Massachusetts in the future. We were under the illusion that we’d decorate the place ourselves, never imagining that this little dream home of ours needed much more than a fresh coat of paint and a couch or two. We were on the lookout for new furnishings when we first came across Casabella Interiors on the app Best of Cape Cod & the Islands. Driving up and down 6A one day we decided to stop into their shop. My husband and I quickly spotted a couch we both liked and headed straight for it. While sitting there admiring our find, the owner Michele walked by and I jokingly asked: “How do I make my home look exactly like your store?” She sat down and chatted with us. We liked her instantly. We were so impressed with her openness, knowledge, professionalism, and connections with local contractors that we invited her to the home. Michele showed up the following morning, and three weeks later, her team had a plan ready for us. We never intended to get a designer, but somehow we managed to land one who was perfect for us and our ever-growing job. It took my hubby and I a few months to come around to the idea that if we were going to make this our home, it had to be done properly. So we tripled our budget and decided to completely overhaul our 1,000 square foot home - knocking down walls and modifying the blueprint so it worked better for our family. It would have been impossible to manage a near gut job remotely so Michele, Shannon, and Beth took on the massive project from start to finish. They coordinated every single detail with their large contracting crew – including an architect, builder (we added a screen-in porch), roofers, electrician, plumber, exterior siding installers, fireplace mason, flooring installers, painters, landscape designer, etc. From the shiplap and boxed beams on the ceiling to the lighthouse pendants hanging over our new kitchen island, there isn’t an inch of our home that we didn’t touch. Each step of the process, Casabella made us feel like we were their only client. Their patience with us was incredible. When we had a question they responded to us within the hour – sometimes within minutes. (I don’t think Michele sleeps!) Everything they did centered on bringing the view inside and allowing the seascape to be the primary focus of our design. At the same time, they were ultra practical – I originally wanted marble countertops and wood floors, but they helped us to look down the road a few years. Life at the beach takes a toll on surfaces -especially with kids. As a result, they helped us find the right products while respecting our budget. Whether it was stealing 24” from a closet to give our master suite more room, or making space for a washer/dryer in the hallway, their ideas were inventive and well-executed. They are also a team of attentive listeners. Our home is small so we wanted what we do have to be impactful. My husband had to have a navy island. I had to have a custom farmhouse sink made to look like a basketweave, they made it happen. The hardest thing about the project was staying away from the house for the last three weeks. The suspense was killing me! It’s one thing to see what each piece of our plan will look like in their 3D renderings, or on a swatch, but another to see thousands of beautiful details come together in real life. Six months before, we spent 4-5 hours in their shop for their design presentation -which was exceptional. Going from room to room virtually to see layout, space, and furniture placement is in itself a lot of fun and inspiring. But in person, it’s a dream come true. I was too excited to sleep the night before. It felt like 10 Christmases rolled into one, and when we finally landed in Boston and made the drive down, I could barely contain myself. We walked in and it just blew our minds. How they were able to get so much out of such a little space is beyond us. Each room is special and unique. In one of the bedrooms, there wasn’t enough wall space for a traditional headboard, so Michele had a bed made that appears to be hanging like a swing from the ceiling. It’s incredibly creative. Our master bedroom is like stepping into tranquility – they had built-in dressers and a closet reworked to take advantage of every inch of available space. The result is a highly-functional retreat that looks clean and fresh. Every time I walk into the house I get giddy. I love the feeling I have when I’m in that house, and I want to preserve that. I can’t say enough good things about Casabella. If you’re close by, drop into the store. Feel the vibe and if it resonates with you, talk with them. You’ll quickly realize that they have something special there. I’ve already recommended them to a dozen neighbors who’ve stopped by to see our new place. I wish they would open a Casabella shop in Ohio.

I drive by Casabella every day to and from work. When my husband and I were looking to replace the kitchen floor in our 1,800 square foot ranch, we set up an appointment for Michele and her team to visit our home. For someone who doesn’t possess the design gene, I’ve learned the hard way that replacing a single thing can disrupt all the other design elements in a space - especially with our open concept floor plan (our great room includes a dining, living, and family room). We wanted to make sure all our decorating choices made sense - down to the finishing touches. It had to flow together. When we saw our home through Casabella’s professional lens, the project expanded beyond the floors. We hired them to redo the entire great room – which later spilled over into the guest suite. For design inspiration, we simply said we wanted the space to feel calm. They took that concept and ran with it. We were impressed by all the design choices we had access to; and when they presented their plan for the furniture, rugs, light fixtures, flooring, window treatments, and color palette, it was clear they understood our vision. I love mingling with guests in the kitchen, so we replaced the countertops to give us extra seating. They also recommended painting the dark trim white throughout- which looks lovely and fresh with the new gray walls. When it comes to working with a designer, my husband Henry and I are novices - we didn’t know what to expect. It was a relief to discover that when Casabella said something, they meant it. They also listened to everything we had to say, so it felt like a true collaboration. Whether it was a contractor scheduled to show up at 10:00 on Tuesday, or a meeting with Beth and Rachel, they couldn’t have been more reliable or wonderful to work with. Because they knew what they were doing, it was a relaxing, enjoyable experience for us. And our house looks fantastic! I live in a new condo south of Boston, and I came across the Casabella shop while visiting a friend on the Cape. Occasionally I stopped in and got to know Michele and Beth. Before I hired them to redo my den—which doubles as my home office—we worked together on a few small projects. The look and feel of the shop inspire me, and I wanted to bring the same sophisticated and soothing aesthetic home. Scale is a tricky thing to get right so I also went the professional route to avoid making a costly mistake. Beth worked around my schedule, so the entire project was easy. When she made the design presentation – she offered choices that honed in on the style I love. We went with a soft gray grasscloth wallpaper, a gorgeous leather desk and chair, artwork, window treatments, lighting, and a credenza that they custom painted and outfitted with new hardware. In addition to incorporating a cowhide and sisal rug that I had, she layered in pops of turquoise and lots of texture. I love being in the space now. The room now functions as beautifully as it looks- making the days I work from home feel more productive. Another reason I recommend working with them is that they're excellent listeners. After discovering Casabella while traveling on 6A years ago, my wife came home and said, “If I could just buy one thing from that store, I’d be happy.” Fast forward to 2018, and our vacation home is now our full-time residence. And almost every inch of our place has Casabella’s signature touch. We were renovating our weekend house from the ground up when we first met them. We hadn’t realized the shop was also a design studio, so we invited Casabella to our home, and we walked through it together. Michele and her team surprised us almost immediately. Their ability to formulate a vision in a raw construction zone was unexpected. In my experience as a general contractor, I found it uncanny how they were able to see the home’s architecture for what it could be, including removing walls to increase functionality and other ideas we hadn’t thought of before. Five years and many projects later, we wouldn’t dream of designing anything without them. Casabella is that good. When I walk into a home Casabella designed—there are a few in our neighborhood— I recognize their aesthetic immediately. Although each stands apart in unique ways, they’re a team known for putting their hearts and souls into every project. Their business has evolved to now include a thriving design studio – complete with an extensive group of contractors (electricians, painters, master carpenters, etc.). It struck me then, and it strikes me now that not all designers have the ability to see the big picture and resurrect a dream house from scratch. There’s no such thing as “off the clock” with Casabella, the attention that goes into each detail takes the pressure off us. They created a custom stain color for our hardwood floors last year. To get the shade just right, their flooring contractor had to bleach the floorboards over and over again. In one weekend, Michele was at our home four times tweaking the shade with him until it was perfect. One-of-a-kind touches like that makes our home special. Michele and Shannon also designed other custom pieces including an antique glass hutch in our kitchen and our master vanity. Another reason we highly recommend them is for something you’d never guess by walking into their store. Initially, we thought they just sold home furnishings, so when it came to picking out things like sinks, faucets, appliances, and hardware, we were happy to find that Casabella operates like a full-service design center with far-reaching resources. What you see in their shop and Marketplace is just the tip of the iceberg. Our renovation was close to a new build, so their vendor relationships saved us an enormous amount of time and money. Through the years, our collaboration with Casabella has been effortless. They still make us feel like we’re their only client. We happened to be away on vacation during a recent project they did for us – which included a new kitchen and updating the living room. Tired and hungry, we arrived home in Massachusetts one evening to find Michele at the door with a bottle of wine. The fireplace was on, dinner was ready, and the place looked better than we could’ve imagined. Who can top that? We know we’ll never find a more passionate and friendly group of people. We have a vacation home, a contemporary Cape, on the New Seabury shoreline. We lived there for a few years before we decided to renovate it entirely - the look was stuck in the 80s. At first, I planned to do the interior design myself. But the deeper we got into the project, the more complicated it became. The details were overwhelming. I wasn’t confident I’d pull off the look we wanted. My husband had heard of Casabella through a friend, so we decided to stop by their shop one day to see if their style resonated with us. We walked in and straight away we were nodding ”Yes.” One of the things that immediately drew us in was their classic aesthetic. It's an investment – and we wanted to achieve a place that looked timeless, not trendy. Michele and Shannon came to the house to get a feel for the place in June, and not long after they gave us a full design presentation. Pulling the trigger was a bit scary because it was a whole house redesign (living room, dining room, foyer, hallway, four bedrooms and a den). But everything they showed us was on the mark - including new rugs, drapery, furniture, accessories, lighting, everything down to the bedding. They worked seamlessly with our contractor and coordinated all the details - which made the entire project less stressful for us. We have a full water view, and I was concerned about window treatments and lighting blocking the seascape. Left to my own devices, I would have chosen tiny light fixtures over the dining room table, instead of the gorgeous chandeliers they picked out that were correctly scaled for the space and didn't block the view. There were a few times I didn’t like something they showed me, but they had other options that I loved immediately. Thankfully, they also talked me out of an expensive flooring mistake in the mudroom. They steered me in the right direction on many things – it's a big part of why our home looks so pulled together. We used a painting that hangs in our foyer as the inspiration for our new palette—blues, greens and grays—but all neutral tones which worked beautifully together. The entire project was coordinated and installed in 3 months—while we were still in construction— which is a feat I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own. On the day all the design elements came together we were blown away. We had never treated ourselves to a complete remodel like this before, so when we saw how beautifully they installed everything including accessories– walking through the house felt like a dream. The candles were on, lunch was on the counter, and each room was as beautiful as the next. It was an incredible experience. Everyone who has seen our house loves the design, all the lovely details, and the feel of it. We agree and couldn’t be happier!

Friends referred me to Casabella. My house is six years old, so I wasn’t looking to renovate it. I hired Casabella to make it feel like a home. At first, we started out with just a couple of rooms, but once we began, it evolved to the entire house – which included a living room, dining room, a family room, kitchen, and four bedrooms. From the paint scheme and drapery to the rugs to all new furniture and accessories, Michele and her team created a cohesive design and took care of everything. I’m a business owner and don’t have the time nor the skill set to bring hundreds of details together in a way that was organized and looks polished at the end. I gave them a tight deadline, which they pulled off without a glitch. They presented concepts to me in July and finished the job in November. Design-wise, they understood what I wanted to do, and ran with it. I’ve worked with other designers before, and they left the last 10 yards out. To me, those finishing touches make all the difference. If a look isn’t complete, like other homes I’ve lived in, they didn't finish the job. It was different with Casabella. They knew how to layer all the design elements together in a way that pulled the entire house together. Anyone can go out and buy a rug, a sofa, a coffee table, and chairs, but it’s all about the other stuff that goes with it – like scale, matching colors, mixing textures. I didn’t want to guess; there’s no room in my schedule for that. So it depends on what your time is worth to you. I was very impressed with their depth and range of skills and professional eye. I was also surprised that I ended up liking things that I didn’t expect to. I love it. It’s not something I could have done on my own. They earned my trust and my recommendation.

My husband and I bought our second home about 7 years ago. Before remodeling it, we wanted to live in it for a while. Really get a feel for the place. And for five years that's exactly what we did. By the time we were ready to make changes, we had a clear vision for what we wanted. We searched for interior designers and came across Casabella Interiors. We researched a few other designers but ultimately decided on Casabella after talking to them, and seeing their work on Houzz. The project was extensive. The biggest part of the renovation was our large kitchen – a great layout but everything needed to be gutted. We also reconfigured our laundry room, refinished all the hardwoods on the first floor, remodeled our master suite bath, our powder room, and painted our entire downstairs. Additionally, we added new drapes and area rugs for each room. We kept some of our furniture, but the majority Casabella helped us picked out. Because we added a large deck – they also helped us with all the outdoor furniture. Choosing countertops is an important decision. The choices were overwhelming so Michele took us to the showroom. There were so many options. Michele was instrumental in focusing our attention and ultimately, we found a piece of quartzite that we love. Casabella is great to work with. Michele is organized and timely – and if she says she’s going to do something, she’ll do it. She’s amazing at color too. We love how the slightly different shades flow throughout the house. Since we were away for the majority of the work, it was nice to not worry about all the coordination and details. My husband was as much a part of the process as I was. It was definitely a team effort. We don’t always have the same taste so we both needed to compromise here and there. The two of us got stuck on a few decisions, but Casabella came up with solutions that worked for the both of us. One of the things we weren’t going to compromise on was the look. We didn't want a home that was too feminine. We showed Casabella pictures of what we like, and they pulled it off effortlessly. The most unexpected thing about the project is that you don’t notice all the beautiful details at once. Since the project ended in June, we've noticed dozens of little things that we would never have thought of on our own. Seeing all of Casabella's big and little ideas come together over time has been a surprise bonus. A few of the items we ordered arrived damaged. Casabella promptly returned the damage goods and replaced them with new ones. They even rented us a loaner picnic table when our patio table was delivered later that expected. My husband and I built our family home on the Cape in 2001. We grew out of the nautical style décor and hired a decorator for a more sophisticated seaside aesthetic. Unfortunately, the original firm we hired didn’t pan out. I received a postcard from Casabella six months prior, and since it was my style, I kept it and called them for help. That’s no small thing because it kept the project moving forward. Besides an afternoon spent picking out accessories with Beth in the Casabella marketplace, we kept in touch via emails and phone calls until the day of the reveal. Seeing how all the beautiful details came together is an experience we’ll always remember. We’d been away from the house for months, so when we returned to it completely done—down to the new hardware on our freshly-painted kitchen cabinets—it took our breath away. From the gray grasscloth in our foyer to the bookshelves in our den to all the new furniture, rugs, lamps, drapery, accessories, and artwork, it’s more beautiful than we imagined. The project was extensive, and the open floor plan meant we had a sight line through many rooms. Although we kept some of the furniture, our first floor – and a bonus room on the second— was totally revamped. Casabella also refreshed part of the upstairs – and there were new paint and hardwoods throughout — which added to the new home feel. The other thing I really appreciated was that they zoomed in on the small touches — personal things that were meaningful to us—as much as they focused on the larger pieces of the plan. For example, my husband inherited a small library of books from his father which is now prominently showcased in the open shelves in our den. Everything – including the new accessories— are now expertly arranged in a way that I was never able to pull off by myself. We also own photography of sailing races that were just sitting in our basement. Casabella had them beautifully framed. If they hadn’t brought them back to life, they’d still be tucked out of sight. For all of these reasons, we’re happy we put our trust in Casabella, and we’d highly recommend them.

I found Casabella Interiors while on Houzz as I was searching for ideas for our new farmhouse, and came across their work. There were design elements from their projects that really appealed to me. I reached out to Michele, and shortly thereafter we began collaborating. The project scope was quite extensive. My taste runs very traditional New England style, and the new house is a country farmhouse. I met Michele in Bermuda through my husband's job a decade before we worked together. I knew she had moved to the Cape, opened a home decor shop and was following her passion for interior design. Many years later, my husband and I downsized our home in the Boston suburbs. Our new place was much more modern so most of what we owned didn’t work in the new space. I met with a local interior design firm, showed them exactly what I wanted. However, when they laid out a design plan, they hadn’t listened to me at all. I walked away disappointed and decided to drop the idea altogether. My best friend had just gone through a very bad experience with a designer so I was nervous about the entire process and concerned about the cost. It’s not easy to trust someone enough to put your home in their hands! Some time later, my husband and I decided to move ahead with hiring a designer, the house was so bare. That’s when we thought of Casabella. Michele and Shannon came to our house (which was over two hours away), asked me in-depth questions about how my family lived in the space and took pictures and measurements. Their positivity, honesty, and candor immediately put me at ease. And they really listened! My husband and I have very different tastes so Michele and Shannon had their work cut out. They also had to incorporate pieces we already owned – including two black leather sofas that I can’t stand but my husband loves, and a few things I cherish: A picture my son made in the 4th grade, a painting from a close friend, and sea shells that I collect from my travels. My two best guy friends are extremely savvy about interior decorating so I brought them with me to the design presentation at Casabella’s studio. The three of us loved every single aspect of their design plan - which included all but one room on our first floor, and everything from rugs, drapes, lamps, and furniture to a custom bar, and accessories (pillows, mirrors, etc.). My friends are very hard to please so in many ways, it was a huge relief for me. The day came for Casabella to install everything. When I walked in, it looked like a fancy hotel. I cried like a baby. It was so beautiful. And they pulled off what I thought was impossible – the perfect marriage between my husband’s style and mine. I don’t even see the black sofas anymore - the transformation is hard to conceive. They took every little factor into consideration and made sure it wasn’t just gorgeous to look at but functional. One of my friends summed it up nicely, “They really got you as a couple.” I can’t say enough glowing things about Casabella. From the first day we started working together, the project was easy and smooth. And so worth it!

I found Casabella Interiors on Houzz. I was looking to redo my 2-bedroom condo in Brookline. (Besides my kitchen and bathrooms, the project was a complete overhaul.) I narrowed down my search to three designers in the Boston area. After speaking with Beth by phone, I knew I wanted to hire Casabella. A few weeks later, Michele and Beth came to Brookline for my in-home consultation. We talked about the space, I showed them a handful of pictures I ripped out of a magazine, they measured everything, and took pictures. There was one image I showed them that I was especially drawn to – and Michele and Beth zoomed in on it. Over the course of four to five hours, I looked at fabric, touched rugs, and reviewed everything they selected for the project. Beyond a few pieces that Michele kept in the design – including a mirror that I adore— my living room, bedrooms, dining room, and hallway were completely re-imagined - down to the smallest detail. From the wall paint and draperies to the bed linens, accessories, rugs, and furniture, everything would be new. I was excited because they just got me. When I came home to the final reveal a few months later, it was very close to what I imagined…only better. The pieces we picked out looked even more beautiful in my space. All the design elements came together so one room flows into the next. It's stunning and polished, but comfortable. When Michele asked if I had a favorite room, I said I didn’t because I loved them all. The most unexpected part of this process was that they picked up on what would make me happy better than I could. When I think about what I provided to Casabella in terms of what I like (input) and what they produced (output), it’s very surprising. I wasn’t good at articulating what I wanted so they had very little to go on. Yet in return, they gave me everything I hoped for and more. There were ideas they came up with that I would never have thought to do on my own. And pieces that I never imagined would look perfect in my home, but to my surprise, they do. My biggest takeaway? Don't experiment on your own. You’ll waste money, and you won’t be happy. If and when my friends and family are ready to hire a designer, I’ll recommend Casabella with confidence.

I came upon this cute little shop a few years ago while shopping in the area. I stopped in, bought a few things, and met Michele Holbrook. After a few more shopping excursions to Casabella, my sister and I bought our Cape house on the beach. The house was in beautiful condition but the look and colors we envisioned were different from what the previous owners had chosen. We knew right away that Michele was the person to help us with the new design. I have always loved decorating but knew that neither my sister nor I would be able to take time away from our company to facilitate a full design project on our own. We trusted Michele and had full confidence in her professionalism and abilities. We loved the pieces she curates in the shop so when it came time to choose fabrics, furnishings, rugs, window treatments and accessories, Michele and Shannon would narrow down the options to make the selection process that much easier. In the end, there were never any regrets with our decision. A southern California coastal aesthetic was the look we wanted. A short time after the Cape house was completed, I hired Casabella for my Boston pied-à-terre. Both times, Michele was respectful of project expenditures and timelines and worked brilliantly to incorporate my own pieces into the design, as she did with the Cape house. They understood how important my home was to me, and I knew they were working hard to create spaces with great flow that are comfortable and welcoming. Between arranging appointments around my schedule to sending visuals to handling all the installations – they’re amazing project managers. As a working woman, I found their comprehensive approach helpful and efficient. I’m overjoyed with the end result of each project they’ve done for me. Even if you have a good eye, Casabella takes your project to the next level so that your space looks amazing. My husband and I were in the process of building a master suite addition to our summer home on the Cape when I saw a Casabella ad in Cape Cod Home. I was excited because it captured the exact style I wanted. I drove to their shop in East Sandwich and it was gorgeous. I met Beth, one of their designers, who explained the whole design process to me, and I later met the owner Michele. They were very friendly and personable. I showed them a picture of a bedroom from a magazine and said, “This is the exact bedroom I want.” After discussing my budget with Casabella, I decided to hire them. They came to the house to look at my space and take pictures and measurements. A short time later, I went into their shop for a concept presentation. They showed me 2-3 options for the items I needed. I thought it was great that everything was carefully curated so I wasn’t overwhelmed. And I loved everything they put in front of me. I had fun picking out an upholstered bed, side tables, lamps, window treatments, and accessories. Between ordering and installation, they took care of all the details – which was wonderful because my life was a bit stressful at the time. I was relieved that they were managing the project; it took the pressure off of me. When the day of the final reveal came, my bedroom turned out to be everything that I had hoped for and more. The room was tailored to my taste exactly and everything looked amazing with the architecture of the room. Every time I walk in, I just love my bedroom! It was a challenge for me to work within my budget, but it was totally worth every penny. For many reasons – including their creativity and professionalism – Casabella far exceeded anyone I’ve ever worked with. I’m a very satisfied client and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

Walking into Casabella is like walking into a dream. Loved the soothing colors! The staff is warm and welcoming and I could have spent the entire afternoon looking at all their unique and beautiful things. I found a few gifts for my mother in law and some accessories for my nightstand. Wish I lived closer or had a shop exactly like this in my neighborhood. I know they do design work remotely so I'm considering using them to help me get my home ready for guests around the holidays.

One day when I was moving and cleaning, I just needed to get out of the house for ten minutes and I took a ride to Casabella on 6A to find a small rug for the entry. It was my first time there. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. You would have thought I was dressed to the nines and had already put my credit card on the table. They won me over right then and there. That was three years and two renovations ago. Now, I don’t even buy towels without asking Michele. I can shop in Boston or New York, but Casabella's atmosphere is so engaging that you just want to give them your business and they really want to make your home beautiful. There’s continuity with Casabella that's very rare. If Michele isn’t available, Shannon or another designer will give you the right advice. It's part of the reason everyone on the Cape wants a piece of them. Our home on the Cape was small and not very functional when we moved in. It needed work. We hired Casabella who took ownership of every inch of both renovations so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I really do not like designing or decorating, so I find great value in working with someone who can look at a blueprint, and know exactly how a space will flow, and also what would work best in it. They know what they are doing and how to collaborate with builders and architects. For the outdoor living space on the first renovation, they planned the custom deck furniture well before it was even built. They even planned a few things with our landscape designer. Michele and her team's energy and ideas never wavered. I don’t want to spend my time looking at 30 fabrics for my living room furniture. I want someone who edits it down to 3 things, puts it in front of me, and let’s me choose. And that’s what Michele does. She has an incredible eye, and it's her vision that you’re buying into. She also remembers everything – like exactly what we did in an upstairs bedroom two years ago. I’ve worked with other designers before so I have a point of comparison. When Michele makes a decision – it’s succinct, concise, and coming from a place of experience. It makes working with her easy and stress-free. The Casabella team puts all of themselves into every project. So you have this complete group of people showing up and working very hard. Its more than a job or a room to them, it’s their reputation and integrity. When they unveil a project, they know that they've done their best work and that it’s extraordinary. They are able to take a box and make it into something magical. For us, they took a small, plain house and transformed it beyond our imagination.

Walking into this store is to enter another world. Everything is inspiring, beautiful, expertly put together, and unique. The staff is knowledgeable and gracious, yet gives you the space to dream!

About sixteen years ago, I hired a decorator when my husband and two kids first moved into our home outside of Boston. She helped me with the larger pieces for that home and another one we have on the Cape. I needed finishing touches that worked along with the things I already had for both places so I’d periodically drive up and down 6A looking for a home goods store. Until Casabella Interiors opened there wasn’t any shop around with quality accessories – even in the Boston suburbs. I was thrilled to find a store that had beautiful pieces that I’ve never seen before. From my first visit, Michele and her staff welcomed me and were so helpful. That was five years ago and it still amazes me how inclusive they are. Since my main residence is 60 miles away, most of the time we work remotely. I don’t have time to shop since I’m busy with my children, so throughout the years, I’d send them emails with products that I found online that I wanted or if I was on the Cape I’d breeze in and show them pictures of my space and ask them for help. They dropped everything to help me find products for all kinds of decorating issues. I know what I like when I see it, and I usually know immediately if something resonates with me. Michele picked up my style very quickly. And she has this catalog memory of products she carries –all quality pieces — so she rolls really fast with options – and one of them always turns out perfect. Everyone on the Casabella team has this incredible eye and vision for putting things together and blending different colors and textures so a room looks pulled together and stunning. From beautiful candlesticks that Shannon recommended to a stunning architectural panel for a long hallway, Casabella gave me ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. I bought a bookcase there for my Cape foyer, and shelf-by-shelf they helped me find the perfect accessories for it. Since they know my rooms, color schemes, and measurements (they remember everything), I’ve never brought anything home from them that I didn’t love. They’ve also helped me with quick updates – a few times right before I was about to have company. People notice the difference and I get a lot of compliments on things I’ve purchased there. I don’t know why after all this time, but it still surprises me how finishing touches make such a huge impact. Casabella has made me love my home in a way I never did before. Every time I walk in the door, I’m in awe of how beautiful it looks. It’s why I always go out of my way to refer people to them.

I met Michele through my marketing business. The first time I went into her shop, I knew my wife would love it because it had that relaxed sophistication that we wanted for our home. When my wife did stop in to meet Michele, it turned out to be the beginning of a long-standing relationship. Michele has decorated two of our homes, and a business. Every time we’ve worked with Casabella, they completely blow our minds. On our own, we could never imagine the ideas they come up. The first project originally started out small, but when Michele came to our home as part of a design package, she opened our eyes to the possibilities of our space and we ultimately redid the entire house (lighting, paint scheme, furnishings, artwork, rugs, and accessories, etc.). They conceptualized exactly what we wanted, and when it was done, it was beyond our wildest dreams. Somehow Michele managed to make our 1,000 square foot house look a lot roomier – which turned out to be a big bonus when we sold that home. The redesign was a big investment, but we got it all back and more. A big part of that was because Michele and her team really transformed our home so each room was finished in its best light. We’re in a bigger home now, and we continue to work with Casabella. In fact, they just redid our master bedroom suite, which looks like something out of a magazine. Thankfully, Casabella handles everything so we never need to get involved in the grunt work like calling the electrician and coordinating with the painting crew and installers. There are a lot of designers who won’t do that. It’s another reason why we never think twice about recommending them.

My partners and I were in the process of a restaurant build-out. We traveled to NYC and Boston looking for the anchor furniture pieces that would set the tone for our vision. We had a particular vibe in mind for the space and were not quite able to find the pieces until we stumbled across Casabella while driving to a meeting on Cape Cod. The store was beautifully appointed and we immediately saw some furniture that would be a great fit for our vision. Then we met Michele and Shannon. When we shared our concept they really listened to what we were trying to accomplish. Not just the beauty, but the functionality as well. Now that I think about it, the pieces that they selected were always the ones that our customers noticed - I think my favorite thing they found for us was the lighting. Not only was it unique and beautiful but it really set the ambiance in the space. There was one piece of furniture at Casabella that we loved--Michele redesigned it and had it built out as a wall unit that housed our server/POS system. It turned out fantastic! There were so many times that Michele and her team drove up to the restaurant —which was over an hour away —with van loads of accessories and finishing touches for us to try out in the space. They did that again and again until we had everything we needed. The restaurant was a huge undertaking and we worked with a lot of people Most were very nice, but I would say working with Casabella was the best part of the project. Michele is a very talented lady--she not only has a passion for what she does but she really cares that you get what you want. Many designers don’t listen to what you want but Michele and Shannon heard us on vision, execution and budget. To homeowners, I would say that in any type of design project there are so many decisions to make. The Casabella team will take the time to understand your vision, really listen to you, and in a non-forceful way take the burden off your plate. They’ll present you with the most amazing things – pieces you will love. Nothing they show you is mediocre. Needless to say, we now consider them our friends, and we’ve referred many people to Casabella.

My business partners and I were in the process of creating a 70-seat restaurant/marketplace just outside of Boston when we stopped into Casabella Interiors looking for help with this gigantic project. As soon as we walked in the door, we fell in love with their beautiful East Coast aesthetic. They had those unique one of a kind pieces that had a sophisticated edge – items we had been looking so hard for. While we were there, we met the owner Michele and one of her designers, Shannon. We shared our concept — which was a very open floor plan where our guests could see our chefs cooking behind the scenes combined with a gift shop. I have a design background so I wasn’t looking to hire anyone, but they were excited about our plan and really understood construction, so one thing led to another and what started out as a lighting project turned into a substantial collaboration. They were so helpful finding fabulous pieces, and really capturing the essence of our vision. From accessories, artwork, accent furniture pieces, wallpaper and other finishing touches, to having pieces built and commissioned for us, they were really instrumental in pulling the whole project together. Michele was great in that she was very upfront about showing us the value of what she was doing. She’s also very hands-on, coordinating with contractors and really getting her hands in some of the more gritty details– which ultimately freed up my time and made the project much smoother for everyone. We couldn’t have asked for more thoughtful, inspirational, and professional partners – and I especially like that they respected our budget, timelines, and our tastes. Part of what makes Michele and her team so successful is that they are really invested in their clients. They take their craft very seriously, but at the same time they are fun to work with. They really care about pleasing you and delivering a beautiful end product. The space came out better than we ever imagined. And I have two new people I think of as friends now.

I happened upon Casabella randomly one day while driving around the Cape, and was pleasantly surprise by how beautiful, cozy and homey it was. I completely fell in love with it and Michele. Our personalities just clicked. So when my husband and I bought a brand new construction 3-bedroom Condo in Hingham, I immediately thought of her and her team. The condo has an open floor plan—which is daunting because all the spaces need to look pulled together. So I hired Michele to do the whole first floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, and den) – including paint, drapes, and furnishings to pictures, accessories, lighting, and rugs. I don’t know what my style is but I know what I like when I see it. So at the beginning, I went through magazines and showed her what I like. After that, she just had a gift of knowing what I’d love. She took the project under her wings so all the worries were on her. Michele made everything exciting, easy, and fun. I always looked forward to talking to her. She’s one of those people you just want to be around. The best part of the whole project was the reveal. It was a masterpiece in the end. I got all choked up. The space is beautiful, soothing, and relaxing. It’s been a few years since the project, but I love to pop into her shop when I need something. She knows what will work in my space, and she’s always happy to give me advice.

“In the summer of 2015, I hired Michele and her team to redecorate one room, but after we walked through the house together, I started to see it differently. Before working with Michele I loved my house but it wasn’t quite feeling like a home. My husband and I wanted to transform our current bedroom and bathroom to a relaxing, beautiful master suite with additional closet space. Michele’s design and execution surpassed our expectations.
