Our house had been on the market for over a year and we had no offers. Before putting it back on the market, we had Lola come in and provide suggestions for staging. She was very thoughtful and energetic about the project. The crew working with her were professional and courteous. She transformed the house and after being on the market we had an offer and sale within two months. They say timing is everything, but I'm sure her staging had a good deal to do with it. No hesitation at all in recommending her.

A few weeks ago I moved into a new house and my living room is an odd shape rectangle with a entertainment nook and two arch ways. I have a sectional that can only go one way. I was having the hardest time trying to set up my living room without making it look like two seperate rooms and make also make it look inviting. I had spent hours moving things around but it seemed hopeless. I even started a list of new furniture I might have to buy just so I could make it work in the space. The house also came with thick dark colored curtains but I didn't have time or money to buy anything new right away. I consulted with Lola who literally within minutes solved my living room issue, added an area rug, some floor lamps and throw pillows. I was shocked by her quick thinking and creativity to map out and define a space using items I already owned. She also fixed my curtain problem by simply removing the brown blackout curtains. The rods had cream colored sheers behind so I still was left with an amazing window treatment that brought all the light into the room while still giving me the privacy I needed. I was blown away by the transformation and I didn't have to purchase anything new. Everyone who comes over has been giving me so many compliments about my new living space. I am very quick to tell them it was all due to Lola and her "magic" design brain. I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Lola. If you are looking for someone who is honest, creative, and professional you have to give her a try. I promise you won't regret it!

As an out of state buyer of a new home and not yet ready to move I needed someone local to help with project management and interior design. Lola did a tremendous job in this regard. I was kept informed of pending deliveries and project updates and budget information was clear and readily available. After Lola's initial visit to the property she suggested a new paint color and other improvements. The paint color immediately gave the home a more modern feel. Lola also coordinated local contractors to do the work. Furniture selection fit the place perfectly and I am extremely pleased with the result. Lola is very professional and client orientated and I would recommend her without hesitation.

I recently bought my first house and was in desperate need of some assistance with my living room area. After checking out Houzz I thankfully gave Lola a call and immediately reached her. She took the time to hear me out and then promptly scheduled an hour consultation at my house. Upon meeting, Lola quickly came up with some solutions and ideas with my tricky space that I was onboard with. She was able to quickly assess what we needed to do and provide concise recommendations that we could implement right away. She had excellent advice for paint colors and combinations for the walls and cabinets in our home. Also importantly, she advised us on the things that we did not need to upgrade, thereby saving us money on changes that were really not needed; e.g., new countertops. The paint contractor she recommended was also great. He and his team were very conscientious and completed the work exceptionally well and on time.
