Catherine Alison Interiors

Alison is knowledgeable and creative with colour. Her inability to understand function of design cost us thousands of dollars. While our contractor would acknowledge errors and offer solutions, Catherine was difficult to reach and refused to accept responsibility for any of her design errors. For example, she ordered a mirror for our bedroom that did not fit as Alison did not calculate the dimensions properly. She charged us a 25 percent restocking fee for her error. Our experience with Alison was disappointing, costly and my husband and I would not recommend her.

Alison gave us some great ideas that helped us find the home of our dreams. We would recommend Alison to anyone looking for new ideas.

Alison took the time to get a sense of our style; it turns out we are not traditional but modern coastal! Alison gave us some great decorating ideas to make our 70 year old house a home! We are doing some of the renos ourselves and will follow up with Alison as we move forward on our project. I would highly recommend Alison Hodd and her team!

I have been lucky enough to get Alison's guidance on several projects in my home, most recently she completely made over my living and dining room. We asked Catherine Allison to help us when we purchased a new home to figure what we could do to make the 60 year old home more reflective of our style. Allison did a very thorough and professional job in presenting a plan. Unfortunately we chose not to make the renovations, our choice and nothing to do with Catherine Allison Interiors. They were very understanding and professional. We did however use the paint colors recommended and have been very pleased. I would recommend them and would be pleased to work with them in the future if the opportunity arises.

A true professional. We have recommended Catherine Alison on numerous occasions. We approached her to do the colours for our entire home (2 floors and basement).
