I chose to work with Malena at Cecilia B Interiors to help decorate my dining room. The challenge I was facing was to find a way to incorporate my existing furniture (which I don't like) with my classic style. I cannot say enough how happy I am with the outcome. Malena was great to work with and was able to pinpoint my style and find selections that I loved. The outcome is a room that I absolutely love, I smile now every time I walk in there and have received so much positive feedback from friends and family as they've seen the transition of the room. Malena was also very budget conscious from the get go, always presenting options that fit. I plan to continue to use Cecilia B Interiors as I work to decorate the rest of my home and fully recommend her!

Malena is a pleasure to deal with. She has a great eye and helped us tremendously with trim and modlings, tile, paint and floor color, furniture layout, kitchen design and other things in our new house. She gives her opinion and advice, but is really willing to listen. She is firm when she needs to be and flexible when she can be. She is very fair and also flexible when it comes to fees and pricing. I highly recommend her.

Malena was thoughtful, creative, and time line conscious. She understood our needs and exceeding them by delivering a few options for each room. Her communication and ease of accessibility also were appreciated because often things came up last minute and had to be handled right away. Malena is simply the best! I have been working with her for more than ten years.. first on my condo, and now on my house. Her designs are a work of art. She will find pieces within your budget to create your dream room or dream house. Before finding Malena, I went through three other decorators. They all tried to force their tastes on me. I didn’t like anything they showed me, because they didn’t listen to me. What sets Malena apart, is she takes the time to find out what you’re attracted to, and then helps you choose things that you love and will love for years and years. She LISTENS. She’s wonderful with colors, knows the art of furniture placement, and will help you choose things that fit in the room you’re working on.. from the size of the molding.. to the size of a mirror. She has a stable of top notch professionals who make gorgeous draperies, hang them for you, and even who deliver furniture with white glove treatment. I am amazed at her talent. I literally sit in my living room, look around, smile and say, “Ahhh!”
